SafeGuard Operations of Emergency Services (OES) was designed to bridge the gap of communication from the site level to first responders during an emergency. Everyone within the site community will receive an alert when activated. It offers all stakeholders an overview of conditions throughout their respective facilities, allowing emergency responders to focus their efforts where it is needed most. It allows site staff or personnel to communicate their status and send requests for help from their specific locations. Emergency responders can then receive those requests for help and know where they’re coming from. They can also initiate a chat function allowing them to gather more information from each user. It includes the option to control various hardware functions that help to secure the area, and navigation for emergency responders when not familiar with the site.
