    You normalize meditation for us western main streamers. I've suffered with anxiety of different levels and meditation has been the only solution for me. Notice I didn't say cure. Ha Ha. Anxiety no longer has a hold on me as it's a part of human existence. Love this ap and your podcast!

    As someone who has tried to 'start meditating' what feels like countless times, I'm relieved to have found something that got me through more than just the whim of a few days. For me, the novelty normally wears off and so many of the skeptical notions Dan mentions pop into my head. Because of this, I found Dan extremely relatable, which helped significantly. Joseph also does a great job of starting with very simple concepts and building off of them, so for the first time I didn't spend my mediating time constantly thinking "I'm doing this wrong". I was on a roll until I hit my first weekend, but the Coach pointed out that was OK and just to pick it up on Monday. This really helped me feel like I was still on track, rather than giving up right there and then. Ultimately reading a book is great, but this app actually got me to sit down and do something for more than a few days!

    This application isn't just a collection of a series of meditation mp4s that you make yourself listen to in a sequence, hoping someday you will enjoy it. I stress the words 'make yourself'. Well, maybe I'm wrong about that because, I mean – it is a whole lot of Mp4s. But it's different. First of all, the conversations before the meditations really make you pause. Sometimes, you feel like you are hanging out with a friend. A good friend that you can always count on who is just present and you feel safe. No judgment. You feel comfortable . There are courses you can explore or you can select to just meditate. It is brief- which is great for my monkey mind. It's nice to listen to the Masters share their thoughts and then, in a very kind way, just invite you to meditate. They share insights and kind thoughts on a variety of topics and then slip into meditation in such a simple but impactful way. "Take a breath. That's right. No big deal if your a little distracted...". Very peaceful. I love the coach. I love the invites. I wish you could come to my classroom.
