    I’m one of those Type A people who goes hard on meditation when I first begin, and then as soon as I miss a day or two, I feel like I’m just not meant to meditate. That is just not true!! I love this app because it constantly reminds me that when I fall off, I can “just begin again.” There’s something so reassuring in that phrase. It brings me peace and calm, and I’m happy to have found that once again.

    Why did meditation stop halfway thru? I was careful not to tap screen! I suddenly realized a long tine had passed and had to interact with my phone (distracting) to get back to the main screen and resume.

    Typically I’m a “free App” user & am just in the free trial stage of this App though with the little I’ve seen I'm very impressed. The voices are pleasant (ever tried meditating to a voice you don’t like?!) & the dry humor of the host jives with me. Very educational & plenty of Insights which I haven’t seen with other meditation Apps. They may just have me hooked & with paying I’ll be more motivated to “ get my money’s worth” & use regularly.

    What else is there to say. This is just another SAS app for Meditation. Not sure why they think it’s worth $100 a year. It’s disappointing you can just buy the meditations you want. But anyhow there is like 50 different SAS apps like this and it’s not unique.

    You should retitle it to Mindfulness For the Elite. I wish you wanted more people to have access, but this costs the same as the full suite of Microsoft Office for a year. When you could make it cost much less and therefore allowing more to have the benefit but instead choose to make it one of the most expensive applications on Apple you are merely Another example of what is wrong with our country.

    This app is a great introduction to meditation. It has increased my mindfulness and greatly improved my quality of life.
