    I am not a beginner but I’m also not an expert but I have spent the last hour looking through the app and meditating. I think this a good to help with stress and just learning to be aware of what’s going on in your body and the senses from out of the body. I have not purchased the app. I believe it would be worth it just because of how informative and exploratory of different types of meditation while also giving a bit of an interlude to each meditator and the purpose of that particular meditation. And if your short on time there is also the option to just meditate. I wish I could get the full app right now

    Dan Harris is irreverent and kind and has gathered teachers who are both excellent and helpful. Thank you Joseph Goldstein, Sharon Salzberg and many others. Use this app as your meditation guide. It’s not about seeing the golden light within but about our real non stop chatterbox minds. Extraordinary.

    The thought of meditation has always scared me. I’ve always felt like I can’t relax enough for that. I can’t clear my mind. My mind is so busy, worrying about this or that. 10% happier has honestly made me feel so much better these past couple of days. I just wish it was a little cheaper. I feel like I need to be guided for something that’s so simple but seems so complicated.

    I really get a lot out of the actual content, but the host (Dan Harris) is trying to be too cool/snarky for my liking. Also there's really no reason for him to swear in the videos.

    I’ve been meditating regularly for about 6 months - including a weekly group meditation. I wish I had this program from the beginning. It doesn’t take a lot of time and it has concise short lessons. It is extremely helpful for the beginner and a nice supplement for an advanced beginner like me.
