  • Money vs function

    By TCMo2
Spent money on an app that doesn’t work all the time, isn’t iOS compatible, and doesn’t consider incognito mode. Developers - seriously - step it up and fix!
  • Apps and School

It re shuffles my apps every morning. It doesn’t let me get to certain pages I need for school. For instance my orchestra teacher sends me a link, I can’t get to it. The next day she asks about said link, and I get points off for not watching it. Another issue I have with this app is regarding the music aspect, I go into Spotify for my music. And most of my music is musical music. And musical music tends to curse. It doesn’t let me play profane songs or the clean versions of profane songs without me putting in my password like eight times.
  • Installation awful

After many hours attempting to install on my kids phones I gave up and demanded a refund. There is only a slow to respond email support process and their advice did not correct the issues I had so I gave up. Very poor experience for $60.
  • Terrible app

Do not get this for your child. It does not work!!!
  • Very inconsistent!

Most of the time the rules you set are not adhered to by the system. If your kid uses incognito or private browsing the app doesn't track. Too many does to be able to count on it keeping your kids safe!
  • VPN bottleneck unacceptable

    By Fornsixxx
The developers have spent tons of time making a great product and UI. However, the bandwidth constriction and latency that is introduced by the VPN makes the product unusable at times. In addition, support response takes a weeks to respond with less than useful information, if at all. I believe this is on its way to abandonware now that robust parental controls are starting to be offered at the native OS / device level. It’s a shame really.
  • Not ready for prime time

This app is great in theory but unfortunately it falls apart in actual usage. The creators obviously don’t have kids else they would know that limiting time by specific apps and not overall time is silly. I don’t want to have to say that my daughter gets 16 minutes on Pinterest and 20 on Instagram per day. I want to give her an hour on all non-essential apps and unlimited time on others (like messages so she can text me when she needs a ride). It’s downright dangerous sometimes to have her completely shut off her device. Just a few additional options and this could be a useful tool but they blew it. Don’t repeat their mistake by buying this app!
  • Not full service for iPhones

Still waiting for beta version for IOS !!!! As is, very limited functionality. Not worth the money.
  • Buggy

Shuts down a lot; hard to figure out how to lock down android because so many loopholes (for example if kids use group chat in messages app they can send pictures and it won’t track conversation).
  • Disappointing

Not happy with this app I installed it on my sons iPhone and I can’t track his location anywhere and I can’t read any of his texts so what good is having this App and paying for premium if you can’t use the features. Disappointing
