  • Suddenly stopped working

    By Yvtjft
Used to love this app and it worked completely fine when out of the blue I’m experiencing exactly what others are going through now...the splash page opens and then it just crashes. I haven’t updated the iOS or anything, it worked great all day today and now suddenly it won’t open anymore after working the last few days on an inspiring session, please update!!!
  • Lost all my projects

    By sincerely disappointed
This used to be a really good way to sketch out ideas and get rough songs together, but support has clearly been cut and it has been extremely buggy for the past year. I’m devastated that I’ve lost ~100 projects and am left with an app that is now unusable and that I sunk money into for all sorts of content. Recording samples causes it to crash, certain user kits make it crash... pretty much most things make it crash and you risk the program getting so buggy it won’t start for days on end. Awaiting some support from NI I’m getting the projects back so will loop back and update this if necessary, but even outside of losing the projects this has been very buggy. Love maschine on my Mac and am bummed the experience hasn’t been up to par on mobile.
  • Can’t tap in time with metronome. Frustrating!!

    By dcrommett
I’ve reinstalled it and restarted my iPhone twice now and no matter what I try, the app doesn’t think i’m tapping in time with the metronome. Very frustrating as i’m sure i’m tapping in time with it. Deleted!
  • Will be closer to 5 star if core midi is ever added

    By Strizbiz
Lots of potential, but lacking too much to take as a serious tool, the biggest thing missing is core midi. I think the expansion packs are as plus factor , but I only buy them for the drum kits, since I can’t play the instruments on anything than the on screen keyboard. I really don’t understand why there is no core midi i this app at this time, just shows a lack of the developers thinking when it comes to iOS music app development.
  • Disheartening

    By TheYoungApollo
Made me update the app and lost all my beats.
  • Deception

    By "Eight"
Just purchased the Ultimate Collection which I thought finally had all the sounds in the catalog. Seems I’m still 22 sounds shy @ .99 cents each. Guess I’ll have to roll with what I got. Stop milking your customers.
  • This should be free

    By chaseisbrown
While the ability to continue or finish projects from the computer is very innovative, the basic elements that distinguish Maschine are absent. Working with iMaschine is very difficult in that it barely functions or even resembles any similarity to the real deal. It really feels like more of a novelty item or a toy than anything. There’s not even a traditional piano roll feature and the sliders are very difficult to gauge and control. Really could be much more of a useful tool if it was even hardware compatible. The even the most basic functions and fast workflow that make Maschine 2 such a powerful tool are simply not present within this application. Hopefully in the future it will become worth the money.
  • I love this app... hands down best

    By Jonny Stiz
This is an amazing app for beginners and advanced musicians.... you can get very professional sounds with this app... years ago when I was a freshman in highschool I used iMaschine (the first one) and boy did they update it... you have the power to make music where you want when you want, and you can get to the fine details.... if you are thinking about getting a music app for your phone get this... the Devs are awesome, I noticed a tiny bug emailed them and they were on it immediately!! That app runs flawlessly! Enjoy the greatest app of all time!
  • Not Working on iPhone

    By b0nds3rvant
Not sure what happened but the app won’t load anymore after I updated iOS to 11.3.1 on my iPhone 7 Plus. It works on my iPad though. The splash screen will show and then it just closes back to the home screen?
  • Time

    By crushed in spirit
It would be really nice to have different time signatures other than just your default 4/4 timing.
