  • Helped a lot after a quick dunk in the toilet

I thought my phone was blasted. Followed a Reddit thread suggesting the resonant frequency of water in the speakers was ~165Hz. Blasted that full volume, and then spanned through a bunch of other frequencies just for fun. Clean as a whistle! Also, to those leaving highly critical reviews... it’s virtually impossible to get the water out once it has seeped all the way through the speaker grille. You’ll have to go to a rice cooker or a vacuum or something. This app works quite well if your phone was only submerged momentarily. As for tuning purposes, maybe an input where you can type in a frequency would be nice. But that’s not why I downloaded this app :)

Love this app! I have the iPhone X and I use it to listen to music while in the shower. When I got out, my phones speaker was muffled. I came across the app, used it to get the water out of the speakers. Worked like a charm!!!!!!
  • Such a life saver!!

I was scared because I just got a new iPhone XR and accidentally splashed a little water on it and the speaker started to sound fuzzy. This app fixed it almost immediately! Well worth it!

  • Not ultra precise

It isn’t really useful for what I wanted to use it for (meditation) but it might have other uses. Dog whistle maybe? Rough hearing test? Not sure the iPhone can even produce frequencies coming anywhere close to 25kHz though.

I’m gonna make this short and simple. I got water in my speakers (like most users of this app) and I thought I was screwed. The sound on my phone was all muffled so I did what any other person would do, I looked it up. I then came across this app, messed around with the frequencies and boom, problem solved. No more muffling and I didn’t have to tell my parents. Other than fixing your sound, this app is completely useless.
  • Thanks for saving my phone speakers

It works great on my phone But is it possible to adjust the frequency on the Apple Watch???
  • Where is 432hz? It is the natural “A”

    By natural A
Where is 432hz? It was the original tone of A, Then in 1929 they changed the tuning of music to 440hz! The 432hz is the natural sound of “A” and tuning from that you will enjoy music in its natural sound. Another reason I gave it one stars is when moving on the screen and find the frequency you want and remove your finger it jumps to something way off of what you want! Bring back 432hz your hearing will thank you and your music will sound far better!
