  • Completely unoptimized

    By Roshan Soni
The ads manager on your computer is actually useful, but using it on my phone makes me so frustrated. You can't do half the things you can with Facebook ads on my phone than you can with desktop. Simple things like editing an audience is not even possible. Can't even recommend another app because this entire space is pretty much monopolized. Facebook just needs to FIX THIS APP!
  • This App Is Good For Nothing

    By StefsterHB
Don't waste your time. Riddled with errors every single day. It even creates ads without your knowledge or without you doing a thing. You're better off only creating and managing ads in desktop. The only thing this app can do is show stats and who knows if those are even correct.
  • App screen black after logout

    By abc agecy
App screen goes black after logout on iPhone 7 Plus. Cannot log into another account or access anything. Closing the app does not resolve anything. Have to uninstall and reinstall just to log into another account. Facebook support is really useless... there should be a way to easily report issues like this but when you click the support link it only takes you to a knowledge base that is useless for reaching a person about a legitimate issue. Come on Facebook get with the rest of the world and actually offer support reps, at least for your business customers paying money to use your products... You should be able to switch between accounts easily as well...
  • Just use the browser version

Not only is the app wonky and ugly, it is beyond limited in capabilities. Waste of time to download.
  • Can’t even use app

I’d love to use the app but the whole screen turns white when I open it
  • Useless

    By SethBlackMedia
I can’t even edit basic text on my ads because when I click to edit the entire screen goes white and nothing loads! You’d think that the biggest social media company in the world would have an app that worked. But nope. Scratch this program and redo it from the ground up.
  • Fckd up!

  • Horrible

    By ughblahblah
The categories are not proper in Facebook or IG and if you choose locations they still only show it to ONE of the couple you pick. It it will be 3000 impressions for one and 100 for the rest ....it’s horrible
  • Worst app ever

I can’t even login. I have the right username and password and it just says try again later. :-(
  • Buggy

    By Carousel22
Man, this is surprisingly bad for a major company in 2018 to release software with so many errors. Almost bizarrely bad. Crashes non-stop and screens time out and total misinformation. It is like trying to mine a 1998 Microsoft Pivot Table. It works at times, but the bugs are so distracting that everything loses credibility. Google is so much better it is insane. NBA vs. elementary school kids.
