App Reviews

  • Manage your expectations

People complaining about this app are asking it to be something it’s not. It’s not a fully functional mobile replication of the desktop program. It’s a simple snapshot of how your campaigns are doing, nothing more. If you want to just look at top level results, the app is intuitive and competent. Facebook support is abysmal but that has nothing to do with the functionality of the app.
  • Had to hire an attorney..

    By tacocamo
They randomly took $125 out of my account 9 days before my due date and it caused my account to overdraft. I immediately contacted Facebook and a “personal customer service agent” said she would investigate immediately. I called PayPal and they immediately recognized the transaction as unauthorized and said Facebook was 100% in the wrong and they had no authorization to take it out of my bank account 9 days before it was due. I continued to email Facebook every other day for over two weeks while my account continued to accrue overdraft fees every day. I notified the agent that was “investigating my case” that the account was continuing to overdraft and I did not understand why they couldn’t have given me the original overdraft fee THEY CAUSED back instead of letting my account continue to be charged $35 per day while the account was waiting to be brought back to current (because of THEIR overdraft.) The agent continued to say she was investigating THREE WEEKS later. There is no number to call for Facebook customer service. How does a multi-billion dollar company not have customer service? Especially when businesses are paying them for ads. You’d think after Facebook already ruined the world’s trust they could step it up. It has now been over a month and the “agent” has still yet to email me back and now I have hired an attorney to get my money back, which will be easy with my signed documents from PayPal stating Facebook was 100% unauthorized to take the payment out of my account 9 days before my due date which was ALWAYS the last day of every month.
  • Works ok, when I can see it.

Most of the time, it loads to a blank, white screen. I quit the app, hard reset, delete and add the app, update the app with the same result of the screen immediately going white after opening. Would love to use it more, if it worked properly.
  • Useless

This app just crashes and goes to a white screen whenever I try and view any of my ad campaigns.
  • Simple, quick and easy.

This is an app, designed for convenience. I have run 5 million impressions with this app, not a single problem. For my larger campaigns I use the desktop ads manager and business manager. Great App - useful and convenient, especially if you use desktop ads manager to prebuilt your audiences. Facebook and Instagram continue to bring in great results. We need an ipad version of this app!
  • Crashes after recent updates

It crashes every time I try to look at specific campaigns. So annoying!
  • So horrible I actually think it’s a troll!

This app is the sole cause for my loss of hope in the future survival of the human race. If this is something the largest social media company is ok with putting out, then god help us all. It is incredibly basic as far as insights on ad results that you might as well just guess. It banned my ad immediately for containing political content. I was trying to get people to buy t shirts for a history podcast. Just the logo on a shirt but no, that was too political. The appeal for the ad was somehow the source of more frustration in my life that has led to a drinking problem to cope with the PTSD this app gave me. The only thing it does well is try to get you to spend more money in any way possible. If this app is good at anything, it excels at begging for more money like a hooker in Vegas trying to get you to spend more.
  • Doesn’t work!

Can’t even get this app to function for a basic task anymore on an iPhone X. Walks me through the setup screen like I’m a new user every time I open and when I try to edit an ad set it just goes white. This app is trash.
  • Crashes way too much

    By @Buhllistic
Good for checking your ads progress etc. from what i’ve experienced. But whenever trying to create or duplicate you may ind the app crashes 100% of the time. There should be no tech issues as i have a relatively brand new iPhone X.
