    I use the free version of this app, but boy let me tell you. This app is wondrous. I can track my sleep, how much water I drink, exercise, and even if I had my period! I can listen to a short audio clip on how to breath when stressed or a 10 min. clip about public speaking. I can write in a little journal, I can add items to my “Hope Wall”, and even join group chats with others! (This is just some of the things you can do for FREE!) 100/10 💘

    Great for those of us who can’t afford to see an actual doctor. I’ve only been subscribed for a week and I’m really feeling confident about my ability to help myself with this app. You’ve got to get the full version, it’s amazing and there’s so much offered. I use it to track my meds, moods, daily goals and long term goals, and even analyze my thought patterns. I’ve already suggested the app to my friends and family with mental illness. Most of us can’t afford ‘real’ help. Less than a hundred a year vs. hundreds for a single therapy session? Easy choice.

    I’ve been suffering from daily anxiety and depression that is tied to my postpartum depression and stress from work. After using several apps Pacifica has been the best one to manage my anxiety and depression. It’s with the yearly subscription price to access the locked features.

    This app is really helpful to me, and is totally usable without a premium account or membership. I find that most things I would want from an app like this are available to me for free, including tracking my emotional and physical health, practicing mindfulness, and recording the process of completing a goal. There is also an extensive community that is incredibly supportive, and I feel very secure when sharing things about myself. This app is overall truly amazing and I’m glad that I found it when I did.

    I have depression, GAD, ADHD, and borderline personality disorder. Pacifica helps with all of that and then some. Not only is being able to track my mood throughout the week incredibly helpful on its own, but the meditation and mindfulness activities have helped me a lot when it comes to dealing with stress and bringing me back down to earth when I’m upset or having a panic attack. On top of all that, the community feature is spectacular. Knowing that I can quickly and easily talk with hundreds of other people who are going through similar issues helps to put my mind at ease. This app is simply amazing. The only issue I’ve had so far is that it doesn’t seem like it’s been updated for the iPhone XS Max yet. Closing windows can be hard because it places the ‘X’ way up in the corner behind my battery monitor. Some of the other windows act weird on this phone too, but nothing too bad. Hopefully this gets updated soon so it’ll be perfect!

    I was very excited about getting this app, but once it downloaded and I opened the app, all I saw was the app logo on a plain blue screen. I let the app sit open for about 30 minutes, and nothing changed. I deleted and re added the app, and nothing changed. What do I do?

    It’s a great app and I definitely recommend it. Although I wish you could follow people or message people privately (the chat groups have like a thousand people in them) I just want to have a one on one conversation with people. Also I wish that there is somewhere you could go to see your notifications and you can @ people bc sometimes people will reply back to you and you won’t even know. Also there’s different groups of where you can post like “your stories” or “relationships” and things like that but most of the time my posts don’t fit in any of the categories so I think it would be better if you just get rid of them. The most important thing I want tho is to be able to @ ppl or message them privately bc it’s really hard to have conversations with someone. AND PLEASE PLEASE LET THERE BE SOMEWHERE TO PUT THINGS THAT WE WANT TO PRAY ABOUT

    I have been loving the free version of this app. I feel like a lot of features are included and it seems to have everything I need. However, I wish “add past mood entries” were included in the free version. That is my only criticism!
