    I used to have Pacifica and was so happy with the results. I’ve noticed that I haven’t been good lately, so I got the app again. Only I was disappointed to see that I have to PAY for it to track my health. Sorry, but I’m gonna have to move on to another app.

    This app is fantastic for data collection, however the meditations do not have an option for subtitles or written instructions. The verbal instructions are in a very high/sharp voice and is incredibly difficult to understand. Other than that this app is quite helpful.

    This app has been really great for tracking my mood and thoughts. It’s perfect for when I’m on the go and want to quickly jot down a thought that I have. I often bring up what I have written to my therapist during our sessions. She loves that I use this app and it has enhanced my treatment greatly!

I’m sure you’ve help so many people. And I’m glad I took the time to find this app. I never purchase apps. I just take what’s free lol but I’m invested into this one. Thank you.

    I absolutely love this app. I recently learned that I have anxiety and this app gives me a safe place to go for help. I can log my thoughts or do a short meditation when I need it. The only problem with this app is that it doesn’t rotate on iPad! If it rotated, I would give it five stars.

    I really did like this app a lot while I had it. Pacifica was super helpful at helping me write down and pinpoint my feelings everyday, but then deleted all of my information. I had Pacifica for months and randomly today all of my information was gone— my mood entries, my hope board, all my progress. After leaving my initial review Pacifica contacted me and helped me get all of my information back. Very wonderful app and staff.
