Pacifica gives you psychologist-designed tools to address them based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness meditation, relaxation, and mood/health tracking. We’re not about quick-fixes or false promises. We are about real progress, a day at a time. #1 - BuzzFeed's Amazing Apps For Anyone Living With Anxiety #1 - Forbes' 4 Technologies Innovating in Mental Health TESTIMONIALS "This app is not only beautiful and easy to use, it's also an incredibly useful tool that has genuinely changed my way of thinking when it comes to anxiety." “Thank you so much for improving my quality of life. App Reviews

  • I love it!!

    By Cam1170
Pacifica has brought much peace into my life. I appreciate the developers for ensuring an intimacy in the app, not some sort of rigid thing. I'm so grateful to have found this app. My favorite thing is that they'll ask you how you're feeling in a notification. That's..priceless. Thanks, guys. I really have been blessed by this.
  • Great content but frustrating to use regularly

    By DJ Rizzo
The content is very strong and if you listen to their podcast you know that their desire to help people is very real. As someone who has been in therapy and has a number of self-help books, I can tell you that all of the exercises are based on real world methods supported by the latest findings. Unfortunately it is just too frustrating to use due to the horrendous user experience when trying to enter & edit text - something the vast majority of features and exercises require you to do. Most text entry features are incongruent with those native to iOS. The most aggravating is that the majority of the time you do not see a cursor. This makes editing your text extremely difficult. Examples: When you tap inside the body of text you have already entered, the lack of a cursor means you can’t tell if you actually tapped where you wanted to. This bizarre cursor behavior extends to using 3D Touch (or 2 fingers on an iPad) to move the cursor to a spot you want to edit. In fact, frequently when I use the 3D Touch cursor feature, it ends up selecting text instead of moving the cursor. What usually happens next is I tap somewhere else in the text body to remove that selection but it ends up selecting even more text. Almost ironically, when you want to use the iOS native “select all” feature it doesn’t work. I just don’t understand how every single app requiring text is able to successfully work within the iOS framework of text editing and selection but Pacifica can’t. This is the primary reason why I canceled the renewal of my subscription. I’m supposed to keep a journal, track my mood, and reflect on gratitude. But this problem almost always leads to frustration which is not a feeling I would expect a mental health app to cause. I’m still about two months away from when it expires. I am hoping over that time they address this unacceptable text entry problem. There are a number of other ways I think this app could improve. But it is the text entry problems that are the deal breaker for me.
  • You have to pay!

    By Tonyayarbs
I liked this app at first but then figured out quickly it’s just another way for people to con you into paying for telling them your thoughts and how you feel. Very disappointing. 😞 That’s how I feel.

  • Helps me so much

    By Moonchild20
This is a great app to keep track of my mental health as well as helping me create healthy habits to improve my mental health. I can look back on how I’ve been feeling and it gives me great ways to combat it. The meditations and journal entries especially help me.
  • Update Restrictions Ruined This

    By EuphemiaR
I used Pacifica for over 6 months and it helped my mental health tremendously. I literally recommended it to all of my friends that had mental health issues as well. The daily health check ins were the most helpful for me in particular. But the new update restrictions for a free account ruined it, restricting you to 3 health tracking options and making other highly useful activities unavailable. I’m a college student who cannot afford to pay so much money per month to use this app when I’m already struggling. Many of my friends had delete this app as well because of this. I truly understand that money is an important aspect of keeping things afloat, but to restrict these tools so much after having them for free for so long is ridiculous. Unless these features are changed back I’m going to find another app elsewhere.
  • Useful Tool if you use it

    By RR ^.^
I see a therapist and read a lot of books about anxiety and depression, and this app functions go along the side with has been proven. I find myself not use for a while, but them I remember it and start again. It is very useful when u keep it habit. Also In therapy I learned about writing down my thoughts and test them , this app make it convenience even if you are in the middle of a meeting. No one will know you working on your thoughts of anxiety or depression. Which personally make me At ease

  • One of the best for mental wellness

    By AstroGirlBunny
I own a lifetime subscription but just recently started using this on a regular basis. I didn't realize what I had been missing out on. This is meditation but so much more. This is a robust and very well made mental wellness app. I rate an app on how likely I am to use it. I hate to say it but visually appealing matters when you feel down. And they have an awesome app design. Great meditations - from super short to various lengths to much longer. The app gently encourages you to take different, positive steps in your life without making you feel bad if you don't. Very important. Kudos to the team for all aspects of this app!
