I like it a lot but I do not see having a monthly payments or the cost so high. Too many companies want to charge you a monthly fees..

I found Pacifica while not in a good place. I have been using it for a little more than a week and so far I have been really impressed. There are lots of ways to work out anxiety and depression, I love the meditation aspect. It’s not too long, but helps me relax more each day. I also love how the developers treat the people who buy their app. They send emails often with tricks and tips, as well as progress in mood and other things. Thank you Pacifica!

One of my closest friends recommended this app for me since I struggle with severe anxiety. I soon found that it is actually very helpful especially since I am picky and never think anything will work. I have used Pacifica for about 4 months now. I really like that you can enter your overall mood and write about your day. When you finish that it takes you to your activity things. I have meditation, health journal, hope board and goals. The meditations are actually very calming and help me relax. I don’t pay for the full experience but I still get so much free stuff!!! You have a bunch of free meditations and get to try the members only ones each day. There also is a feature I really like called community. There you can find a category you want to post something about and then you write. I like the YouTube, Music and Anxiety categories. Pacifica users share their favorite music youtubers and rough things their anxiety has done. It is nice to know you are not totally alone even if you feel like you are. Anyway I think this app is super helpful and it doesn’t make you pay the second you buy it, or send emails every day. Sorry that this review is long but everything I say here is true♥️♥️♥️

I don’t write reviews, ever, but this app really is a wonder! It can do so much!! Journaling, keeping your thought patterns healthy, setting goals for yourself.. But my favorite feature is the mood board. It’s full of photos from my childhood, inspiring messages, pictures with friends or in wonderful places. It really means a lot to me. However, I would really appreciate the addition of being able to add videos to the mood board. I have quite a few I’ve been dying to add. Also, if my phone was to break or something, is everything backed up? I see online that our data is protected and encrypted, but is it restorable? Best, M
  • Very effective for severe anxiety

The guided meditation & anxiety walk-throughs are great. Hearing the persons voice seems to make it more effective than the ⌚️’s Breathe app. The subscription is also a good value, I hope they release an ⌚️ app soon.

I love the soundscape feature. I use it to calm me down at night. And, I appreciate the ability to express my feeling in writing. It is cathartic.
