App Reviews

  • Really good

    By iidshad43687
I have used many educational apps. Skillshare lacks lag times for watching videos that are common to similar apps. I would like to see a playlist feature to organize courses. If you compare the cost of Lynda or similar education platforms it costs a bit less. The quality of the courses vary but there are enough that I can find something worthwhile. They take a bunch of courses from other platforms like Udemy which charge between $11 and $16 for a course. If you have plenty of time to learn about topics ranging from speed reading and productivity to web design and programming this app is for you.
  • A great creation

    By LeaTrishaB
I’m learning things that I didn’t get a chance to in university, at my own pace and it’s not $30,000 this time!
  • Good, but one problem....

    By MarcosSuperAwesomeNachos
This apps concept is great and all, but some people like me don’t want to pay for this kind of thing. It’s good, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t want to pay. -MarcosSuperAwesomeNachos
  • Wanted to try. Got the shaft

    By appleconvert22
They wouldn’t let me run a free trial without cc. Was a busy month and didn’t get to watch much. Canceled day of charge. Doesn’t let you access the 30 days you pay for. Any company that has to “lock” you in, not good. Find alternatives.
  • Great app, good customer service

Had a weird issue with my subscription not working and they dealt with it promptly First review I’ve written but I’m really happy with my whole otherwise frustrating ordeal Also, great app, can’t wait to start using it again! Like... right now lol
  • Skillshare is getting me back in the art game

    By MHanlon_art
I’m a stay at home mama of twins, still in the toddler stage. Before kids, I was a school teacher. Before that, I was an artist. I never lost my love of art, but my skills need some brushing up, and my subjects need broadening. Skillshare allows me to learn from home, from a variety of teachers. The few classes I have taken have given many times more value to me than the money I have paid.
  • It is awesome!

    By Ginny-Su
Skillshare is great, having control over my own time to learn. The only problem is the videos are a little slow at loading and at times when I want to rewatch a clip from a video I have trouble rewinding.
  • Love the website, but I can’t log in on the app

    By camw1776
I made my account on my laptop through Facebook, but every time I try to log in through Facebook on the app, it says an error occurred.
  • Hidden Treasure

I don’t know what hole I was in not to have heard of Skillshare; but, I feel like I have stepped into a world of wonder and exploration. I can learn about all kinds of new interests. So far the teachers have been just what I needed. If you haven’t tried Skillshare, I highly recommend it!
  • Best investment for your life

    By emmalinh
I’ve been able to gain so many new skills as a designer because of Skillshare’s elite teachers and easily digestible form of education. Highly recommend for people looking to expand their skill set and find inspiration or motivation in moments of lull.
