  • Broken App

    Don’t download. It’s been over a month since this app worked consistently. Songs never load, no audio 95% of the times try. Desktop version works, but app is trash. Please fix!
  • Navigation, sound quality issues

    I switched back to Spotify and I am happier. A lot of artists’ playlists are on Spotify and not on Tidal, and I feel more of an interaction between the artist and the listener on Spotify. The sound quality is better on Spotify, they let you choose an equalizer to set it how you like it. The artists pages are a LOT easier to find and navigate through on Spotify, the most recent tracks are clearly shown on the top of the page; I missed a lot of new releases that were on Spotify, but not clearly found in the Tidal app.
  • We need photos for playlists!

    I absolutely love TIDAL. Wouldn’t go back to any other streaming app. One thing — I’d love it even more if I were able to add cover photos for my playlists.

    I haven’t been able to stream using my data for almost a month. I’ve reached out to support and they were no help. I plan am moving over to Spotify or AppleMusic if the issue isn’t fixed within the next week!

    I enjoy the app but hate how long it takes to play music or it doesn’t even load even when I have great WiFi and I have to end up listening to another app please fix this bug

    Something is wrong with the app, it won’t allow me to stream over my LTE (ATT) connection for the last month. I have unlimited data and this shouldn’t be happening please update the app so I can continue to enjoy my music on the go. Till then I’m on Spotify.

    Just cancelled my subscription. I love what Tidal offers, it would be my favorite music streaming app, but it buffers for several minutes before it can actually play a song. Even on different WiFi networks. The only solution I’ve found is to change my DNS settings, which I think is asking a lot. No other music streaming app asks this if us. The other apps all play music seamlessly without a single issue (on and off WiFi) and never ask their users to change their network settings. If this ever gets fixed, I would switch to solely using Tidal but right now it’s not worth paying for.
  • Tidal is Trash

    They charged me for the "free trial" when I kept sending support emails telling them what happened I kept getting email receipts saying. They had received my email and I should contact "support". I don't know if anything other than an autobot actually works there because a month of emails I never got any help. The music is fine... I guess. Not worth paying more than other streaming apps that actually have someone... anyone working on staff.

    Great layout, very easy to navigate, but way too expensive for the fact that some of the songs just never play. It LOOKS like they have a very extensive catalog, but some stuff doesn’t play at all.

    This app is by far my favorite for music. I am absolutely blown away at the variety of artists and musical options. I also love all of the updates and improvements. I only gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is because a lot of the music that I enjoy no longer offer the “clean” version of the tracks/album. I would like to use this app in the car with my kids but don’t want them listening to the explicit versions of tracks I love. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE offer more CLEAN music!!!
