Inbox by Gmail App Details

Your email inbox should help you live and work better, but instead it often buries the important stuff and creates more stress than it relieves. Inbox, built by the Gmail team, keeps things organized and helps you get back to what matters. • HIGHLIGHTS - Get the most important information without even opening the message. Check-in for flights, see shipping information for purchases, and view photos from friends right up front. • BUNDLES - Similar messages are bundled together so you can deal with them all at once. And get rid of them with one swipe. • REMINDERS - More than mail, you can add Reminders so your inbox contains all the things you need to get back to. • SNOOZE - Snooze emails and Reminders to come back when you are ready to deal with them: next week, when you get home, or whenever you choose. • SEARCH - Inbox helps you find exactly what you’re looking for— from your upcoming flight to a friend's address— without having to dig through messages. • WORKS WITH GMAIL - Inbox is built by the Gmail team, so all your messages from Gmail are here, along with the reliability and spam protection of Gmail. All of your messages are still in Gmail and always will be.

  • Best email app in App Store

    By Russianstallion070707
Everything about Inbox is amazing, supremely better than every other email app and I’ve tried them all!
  • The best email app heading to the scrapheap.

Google, don’t do it please! I would be happy to pay for this app. It will be a serious mistake to get rid of it.
  • Don’t Go

Google, if you’re reading this: it seems like there’s a big, loyal user base for this app. Don’t kill it! It’s too good! :)
  • Don’t go!

I really am unhappy that this app is going away. It’s much better than gmail. The gmail app needs so much work to compare to how great the inbox app functions.
  • Please do not kill Inbox

I love this app. I love the bundling instead of chronological timeline, the reminders especially for flights and hotels, literally everything. I would, however, ask that we be able to create calendar event directly from emails like we are able to do in Apple Mail. Other than that, i live on this app and would never in a million years want to switch to the general gmail app. PLEASE. ❤️
  • Please keep it

The layout is that much better than gmail. Please don’t get rid of it
  • Hope this stays

Favorite email client of all time, hope google lets it stay
  • Please don’t phase out!!!

    By KenzE0204
I have seriously never found an e-mail app that has made emailing so seamless and efficient for me and it makes me afraid every time I see the notice about it being phased out back to gmail. Please please, for productivity and peace of mind of many, keep inbox love and available!
  • Don’t kill Inbox

This app does everything I want for my email and more. Gmail is an inferior version despite the changes made. If this app goes away next Month then I’ll be looking for another client not gmail to serve my needs.
  • Love Inbox!

    By lappsp1
I love this app for many reasons but if I could only use one word: Bundling! Like other users I have tried many different email apps and this one is the best that I have found by far. It keeps my inbox more organized and clean looking than any other app. The ability to snooze, set reminders and have categorized bundles in my inbox is wonderful. I would pay a yearly fee to be able to keep using this email app. PLEASE do not discontinue it. Until the regular gmail app can do all of the organizing that I need it does not compare to Inbox and I will be on the lookout for a new email app and that is NOT gmail!
