I can’t get past pressing and holding the fun pineapple cake for 1 second. It gets stuck there.

Says it is compatible with iPad but it doesn’t come up in apps on the iPad.

I tried this app for the Whole Food 30 meal plans; I found it difficult to use; I didn’t see a built in tutorial; I had a couple of chats with the support team and they were helpful. I decided this app wasn’t for me.
  • Limited meal plans/Unrealistic recipes

First, this is an app aimed at capitalizing on fad or highly specialized diets. Looking for a Mediterranean Diet plan? They ain’t got it. Apparently, the diet needs to be vital the past two years to qualify. Second, some of these recipes are not realistic for the average person. The health/fitness nut will do all of them but the average person will not and should not. Their lunch recipes are what most people would describe as a once a month nice dinner. It’s a means to make a buck. They googled a bunch of recipes and just threw them together and focused on the most recent viral fad diets. Don’t waste your time or money. They deserve neither.
  • Great for the shopping list.

But the recipes are just ok. I found better recipes online.
  • Not user friendly

Not very friendly for allergies outside of the preselected groups.

This app has all the flexibility and customization I’ve been looking for! You can adjust servings, change meal schedules on the fly, AND add your own recipes (plus they have tons of recipes included). It compiles your grocery list and gives you a timeline to prep meals. Customer service response time is quick to answer any questions. I finally have my meals under control so I’m not starving and overeat! Worth every penny!

I will not sign up for a subscription until I get a chance to use it, specially if it’s 99.99 a year. I’ll pass and read a book instead.
  • Absolutely worth it

This app and the website are fantastic! It works like a dream, and I love that I can tag recipes so I can cycle by food family (for LEAP), and upload and edit my own recipes (so I can SCD-ize recipes). The auto-shopping list and timeline features are really useful. I’m also really impressed by the customer service!

This app is not free. Can’t even create an account or open it without paying for it first. And it’s EXPENSIVE
