    This app reveals very few helpful details in the free version. No comparison to the Fitbit app’s data analysis. If not for features other than sleep tracking I would ditch my iWatch and revert back to my old Fitbit HR. I have NO inclination to pay for this app. :(

    I have the free version and it tracks my sleep fairly well. I believe it’s pretty accurate, and I check it after I wake up every morning. I use the auto tracker..and it works great! Maybe you should avoid updating the App if it is working fine for you at the moment. I find that updates, at times, contain more bugs and problems.
  • Can not hear pillow sleep sounds

    Just purchased... for sleep sounds. However did send concern. Will request refund if can not be resolved... hope so. I really like it.

    Reading everything I can find on how to get the Pillow to even halfway get it to sense or register my sleep and actually work. It appears to be the most useless sleep app I’ve ever purchased. Even the free download is worthless in accurately tracking sleep!
  • Used to love it, but it’s changed

    For over a year this was my go to sleep app and morning alarm. And yes, this was the paid version. I had it rated at four stars then. Then one day, a couple weeks ago, it quit working. There was a line drawn through the alarm icon and it wouldn’t let me click on it and see what was going on. Finally, in frustration, I deleted it and reinstalled it, losing all that data. And ever since then it hasn’t worked right. It doesn’t remember the alarm sound I set for it, and when I wake up and reach for the phone, it’s very, alarmingly, hot, and only cools down after I turn off the pillow app. So, I took away a star. It’s not as dependable as it used to be. I don’t know what has changed, but if it doesn’t change back soon, I’ll have to look for another app. I don’t relish sleeping next to a dangerously hot phone, especially during the summer.

    Does the sleep thing fairly well, though I wouldn't bet my life on its sleep-awake-REM results. Cheerful colors but sloppy execution. Turned off notes months ago, but they still show up, wildly Inaccurate. Connection with Apple Watch occasionally conks out, readings for beginning of week don't show, time that I went to bed graph has fallen asleep, and the app stopped outputting sleep info to linked app this morning. If there are better low-cost options out there, I'm listening.
  • Heart rate numbers in correlation to sleep quality

    I really like the app, but the view showing the relation of sleep quality to heart rate doesn’t make sense. The heart rate looks like a random number that peaks at around 80 and goes down to about 40. I wear my Apple Watch at night. The corresponding heart rates in the health app never get as high as 80 and usually don’t reach 60 during my sleep time even in the awake intervals. My resting average is either in the 40s (usually) or low 50s. My series 4 watch agrees well with my Omron BP unit as well as other checks. How is the pulse rate generated for the plot. The support page for pillow doesn’t shed any light on this.
