Can’t beat free, document editing whilst offline. Though, the getting them back online is a little wonky. Other than, its a word processor so not much else to say.
  • Best word processor Ever

I don’t know why anyone would use anything else. It saves automatically, you can easily write notes, sharing and accessing documents are seamless. Why would pay anyone pay Microsoft for an over-vamped word processor when this can do the same for free.

Google docs are a great collaborative tool. You never have to worry about version control. However, they lack much needed functionality available in Word like formatting, fonts and inserting images.
  • Great and all, a lifesaver, but might need some adjustments

So, my life is very packed and full, and every time I want to write something, I usually use google docs. It makes life so much easier that I don’t have to use my laptop to write when I have this great mobile app. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because there are more functions on the computer version than there are on the app. For example, on computers you can indent and such. However, I can’t indent on the app. Also, I love it, but I wish there would be an easier way to sort everything, like a folder or something. There probably already is something like this, or I just didn’t find it yet. Compared to Microsoft word, google docs is a worthy competitor. Microsoft has more functions, but google docs are free and Microsoft costs.. I don’t even know. I wish they would add a way to insert charts and text boxes onto a doc. However, compared to word, I like it better because you can collaborate/work with friends while on Microsoft word, it is much harder. I like google docs.

Google Drive with Gdocs is a great combo that makes it possible for me to update documents out in the field.

As the title says. It's highly annoying and unhelpful and I'm trying to write fantasy and it doesn't help at all one bit to see irritating red lines underneath words and names
