  • Extremely helpful app for tracking nutrients!!

    By nr228
I’m an online fitness coach and I like to do nutrient analyses for my clients based off what a full day of eating looks like. I Input their food for a day and this app gives me a full break down of how their micro nutrients add up. The app gives options for foods that are high in certain nutrients so I can easily recommend them to clients so they can fill any nutrient deficits. I love how in-depth it goes with so many nutrients. Several times more data than MFP. The user friendliness of the app could be a lot better, but overall the app does exactly what I want and makes my job so much easier.
  • Doesn’t work

This app doesn’t perform more than half of the time. Most of the features don’t work at all. Really bummed.
  • Bet it would be nice

If it worked. Nonstop crashing on XS Max. Can’t even enter what I ate without crash. What a waste of money.
  • Not good for Keto trackers. Great idea but execution is a little buggy/confusing...

Some parts of the user interface could be improved to make navigation smoother. I’ve been using this app on and off for a while and realized there is a bit of discrepancy with nutritional values when I started Keto diet. It’s pretty cool that the nutritional value % for food is personalized but the numbers are always off for me and you cannot customize the nutritional value of a food item that already exists... example, net carbs for 1 whole avocado is around 29g(from google). It shows up as 44%total carbs and 26% net carbs in the app. When I click the eat button, it now shows the avocado(just avocado not my carb count for the day)as 122% of my net carbs intake as opposed to the 26%. There isn’t an option to adjust this from my end in my own entry. When I search for an item in the app, I am also unable to see the actual amount as it just shows the percentage based on my personal diet goal. Scanning barcode is nice but you are basically at the mercy of the first person who entered the item manually into the app. A lot of the items I scanned showed up but the nutritional facts were off and I can’t edit it so I just create my own food without scanning the item. Kind of defeated the purpose. I love that this app allows you to track way more than just carbs and calories but I unfortunately cannot keep using it since the tracking is off so it kind of made this app useless for me... 🤷🏻‍♀️ PLEASE fix this app.... I love it but cannot use it
  • Add a barcode scanner!

    By Amyd1
This app has everything I was looking for - detailed tracking of micronutrients, recipes, suggestions to fill in nutritional holes in my day...but the search feature makes it seriously annoying to use. Every other fitness tracker I’ve downloaded (too many to count, free AND paid) has a barcode scanner - please, please add this feature!!! Tracking in this app is so time consuming I’ve stopped using it.
  • Great concept, but super glitchy and frustrating

I bought this app because I loved the concept, plus it’s one of a few that account for breastfeeding. However, I’ve yet to find an item in the barcode database and when I go through the trouble of manually adding foods, it says it saves but you can’t find it anywhere. I have 3 kids under 4, I need something that works. I don’t have a ton of time to manually input things and then go searching for them. Also, a lot of help features are grayed out. Overall I’m really disappointed.
  • Scam

Charged my car to upgrade to pro and it never updated. The app still prompts me to upgrade. I contacted them and they claim Apple never sent them payment. Yeah ok thanks for taking my money for nothing scammers
  • Just downloaded, excited!

I’ve been looking for an app that actually tracks all my vitamins and minerals since MyFitnessPal doesn’t track vitamin Bs, D or K. This app has it all plus more!! I’m so excited I’ve found this app! To the dev/owner- please continue updating this app and never abandon it! The only improvements I would make is I noticed the one time so far I’ve tapped on an area to see benefits of a particular food/vitamin the page never loaded. Also it doesn’t tell you in the description that you actually have to pay $3.99 in order to actually track your food. To me it’s worth it. Some people complain that it doesn’t track enough processed foods/junk foods but you shouldn’t be eating that stuff anyways! I also love the big pictures of the food. Keep it going, thanks for making this app!
  • Bait and switch

So this is a “free” app, but if you want to add foods so you track nutrition you have to buy the Pro version. If it has no functionality beyond a recipe source, it shouldn’t be marketed as a free nutrition app. Uninstalling.
  • Useless

No standard USDA database, just shoddy info from average people.
