    This software has made us appear very advanced and modern to our customers...when it works. Other times I have sent wrong information to a customer without even knowing it went out because I was not made aware of the fact that automated messages were going out. Sometimes even bombarding my clients we work for on a regular basis! Other issues I’ve had are just not liking the look of the calendar. I can see who is working and when but not any info about the service address which causes me to have to click into every entry to find a particular job if searching by address. Also, we work in multiple areas and I can not easily see where to place a job. I don’t want to schedule something an hour north on a day where we are working an hour south. Again, I have to click into individual jobs to see where we are on a given day so I can place jobs most efficiently. Perhaps unique shading or some other distinguishing guide for service areas could be established? I also don’t find creating a job or estimate to be very intuitive. It’s been clunky for sure. I am on my mobile primarily so that may be part of the problem. I’ve found that updating or creating the customer file first seems to be the best. From there you can more easily create a job or estimate. And if you put in the wrong service address for a job you have to completely delete the whole thing and start over! 😡 What I do like is that our customers get professional looking communications, we do win most of our estimate bids and it tracks employee hours (when they remember to clock in/out).

    We run a plumbing company. For the longest time we have been trying to find a program that will work for us at an affordable price. We have been with HouseCall Pro from almost the begging. All I can tell you is that if you are looking for a program that cares about your opinions to make this app more successful this is it. They keep developing on a weekly basis and making more user friendly. Who likes complicated and expensive, if you are looking around you probably know what companies I am talking about. Give this company a try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

    Their platform is great and user friendly for sure. Has options to do many things. With that said, it is incredibly expensive compared to its peers ($129/month). After many months I still have to download a PDF of every invoice that needs printed.

    HouseCall Pro is easy to use and offers the features I need for my sole proprietorship business! It’s not glitchy or laggy, very fun to use on the iPad. My only complain is the change in price between the basic and modern subscriptions is ridiculous. They need to figure that out.
