App Reviews

  • Sooo convenient

    By nanmac
I absolutely love this app. It gives me ready access to stores which I would have to drive a long way to shop. I like being able to search items and compare the prices across all the stores. I’ve found the prices the same as on the stores’ websites. Shipping has been fast and the orders have been completely accurate. Love it!
  • Alternative to Amazon

    By PA Man
App worked flawlessly. Walmart, Costco, Target all are there 😃 I see it as an alternative to Amazon, where you do not have to pay the Prime membership fee. Also works with google home Highly recommended app.
  • Less stress with Express.

Works great. I’m sure you can find things that are on sale other places for less, but for me it’s about time spent shopping, gas and having a baby. Makes life a little less complicated.
  • Late shipping

Items arrive beyond the expected date
  • Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever

    By Krisinboots1985
Honestly, Google Express looped me in with a stellar deal. Then they shipped me the wrong item. Put me through a heck of a lot of hassle for a return. And I still haven't been credited my refund. Then they have the audacity to tell me it's MY fault there is any issue. Nobody I have spoken to in the Customer Service Department has showed me any level of competence nor a little compassion for what I am going through. With Amazon being as awesome as they are, Google doesn't really have room for this type of error. Will never use this service again.
  • It's awesome

    Awesome experience
  • The store is not all there witch limits your choices

    By Dads play
The store is not all there witch limits your choices,I would use it more if everything was available. If it all items were available I would not have to look elsewhere like Amazon.
  • So far ....SO GOOD!

    By Electriclovehog
I’m new to the app and only used a couple times but the prices seem good....haven’t seen extravagantly higher prices.......but I don’t have to get off the couch and it’s totally worth it so far!!
  • Better than Amazon Prime

    By Alejandrojfs@
We don't need membership ($100 Amazon Prime) 2 or 3 days shipping (same to Amazon Prime) I think this it’s what the people need.
  • Terrible Shopping List experience

    By Gleim
I use Google Express because of the built-in Google Home shopping list feature. It’s very nice to just say “Hey Google, and dish soap to my shopping list” and have it dropped on your list for you. That’s where the nice part of using this app ends for me. You cannot adjust the order of items in your shopping list in the app. You can try, and it will appear the new sequence works, but the next time you load the list it will reorder seemingly randomly. If you view the list online, it has its own order that cannot be changed either.
