    When looking food, I wish there was a way to easily change between the different meals. A lot of times I accidentally hit a snack when I really try to put in a meal and it takes me out to the home screen. This could be a little more efficient. Additionally I think It’s be neat to have, in the do more section, a journal so you can log how your feeling on certain foods or to log the challenges given. I don’t always like to share this stuff in my group. Great program... I Love it!

    This app will charge you HUNDREDS of dollars. Don’t be fooled by the “personal coach” aspect of this app. They make it extremely hard to cancel your subscription and each charge on your card is $150 or more. Seriously, don’t do it.

    This is a scam. I signed up for the trial. The app never recognized my email even though I was receiving email alerts. And you can only cancel through the app. They charged me and although I explained that I could not login to cancel they would not refund my money.

    I have tried them all !! Noom made sense to me from the get go. It isn’t just paying for food delivery and “just eat the food and loose weight”. It is much more than that. I really love that there is science and Psychology embedded in Noom. I’m having success already, don’t feel hungry. It’s about a lifestyle, not a “diet”. You’re in this for life, if you want to keep off the weight anyway. I look forward everyday for input from my coach or small bits of wisdom and little quizzes. I’ve learned a lot ! It works !

    The app is good, in terms of working without any glitches. However, it would be really nice if the app connected with Fitbit for the step counts. My line of work doesn’t allow me to carry my phone with me everywhere I go, so my step count is not accurate compared to my Fitbit that I’m able to wear 24/7.

  • Impossible to Cancel - Predatory Billing Practices

    I tried canceling during the free trial and have been charged $159 TWICE since. With no contact from the coach since the free trial period. I’m disputing charges. It’s very predatory billing behavior.

    I love what I am learning about eating, and making choices. And I’m seeing results, that will be sustainable. I’ve taken supplements and bought food from other plans but I was never taught to sustain after the plan was over. My heart rate has decreased 16 points over my first four weeks, and I’ve lost 14 pounds over that same time. There are other plans that can you help you lose more quickly but if you’re ready for a life change, mindset altering plan, Noom is how I’m learning to be successful.

    While there are other apps that can help track calories or count steps, the daily inspirations and articles are just amazing. Not a rocket science, yet the way the articles are written are so simple and obvious that you can’t possibly ignore their tips and tricks. I am a huge fan of what this app has done for me - I trust the system and it is helping me believe that if I stick with everything I am doing that I’ll lose the weight I want for good!!
