After canceling the trial I continued to get charged months thereafter. I contracted Apple to report the issue. To Apple’s credit, they promptly refunded. However, I warn anyone else downloading this “app” to carefully watch your billing statement especially after you cancel.

This has been a great educational app for my son who loves to learn but only liked watching videos on his iPad. He now enjoys continuing on his learning pathway and now I don’t feel like I have to rip the device away from him for spending too much time watching videos. It seems to be very well rounded and balanced and as a former teacher I am a fan!

  • Free trial is a waste of time

We signed up for the free trial and the app would not move past the first couple of activities. (It’s supposed to be a free month) We are willing to pay to continue this subscription had this been worthy. Tried FAQ and support and now it’s saying it does not recognize my email. Something is not right but if you love being frustrated and apps that don’t work, get Homer. Otherwise find something better.
  • What free trial?!

I downloaded the app for my three year old granddaughter and selected the free limited access. She went thru it in just a matter of ten minutes tops. After that to continue on the my pathway it kept shoving the sign up paying access in our face and would do nothing more. Even if I clicked on free downloads it did nothing other than want me to subscribe to their subscription. I probably would have if the developers wasn’t so demanding about subscribing because she really liked it. I just expected to get at least a little bit more out of it before I put my money in it. Ten minutes tops don’t peak my interest at all to want to put my money in this app. I will be uninstalling as I’m sure there’s better apps that’s focused less on your money but more on your child’s learning abilities.
