    I have used Spring for 4-5 years—it is my go-to workout app. I use 26-32 spm for rowing on the Concept 2 rowing machine; 165 for running at about a 9:00-minute pace; and 120 for walking 15-minute miles. When I’m using weights or TRX straps, I set Spring at 120; it has a really good playlist, and I can use it to time planks without having to watch a clock. I agree with previous comments about changing the pace on the fly for intervals. Maybe even voice command; e.g., “Hey, Spring. Set pace to 180.” But overall, this is one of the best apps going.

    I was excited for this app - music and training plans looked pretty good, but I just did a 3.5 mike route and it marked it as 2.1. Looks like there are still some issues...

    I love this app but would love more updated music. I mainly listen to Christian, reggae, and remixed songs and they often repeat the same songs. Other than that it’s a great tool in helping me keep motivated and active.
