    I hate when apps don’t even offer a limited selection for free... it too me straight to “7 day trial then 69.99 a year”. Maybe because I never trust those trials... maybe just offer a limited selection to lure customers into wanting more.

    I’ve run with Spring for a couple of years and can’t recommend it highly enough. Apart from helping me stay motivated during my runs and improve my pace over time, the app itself has just kept on improving! Never had any issues with the app - it’s always ready to go when I am. The app has interval training capabilities that I haven’t explored much but intend to start soon!
  • Distance is wrong more often then correct.

    Seems the more years I have Spring the more the mileage distance is way off. For instance on my run today before I even got to 1 mile the mileage notice had gone off so many times I was on mile 6 by the time I finished my 3 mile run it had gone off so many times saying I was on mile 11. Ridiculous and I’ve given up even trying to email Spring about the problem because that isn’t getting anywhere. The nice thing at least I have music to listen too when on my run.

    I use Spring almost everyu day: at the gym on the bike, on the elliptical and on the treadmill. But most importantly when I run. Who needs metronomes and playlist to keep your cadence where it should be? And the miles fly by. I’ve loved the variety of music Spring brings me for a long time and hope to enjoy it for many more years

    Spring is a vital part of my workout routine. If I get on the stationary bike or elliptical, I don’t push very hard. But by adding spring, I find that I can maintain a challenging pace without having to constantly think about it. That means I get much better workouts. And I can read at the same time. A win-win.
