  • Please make a message prompt when matching.

I've matched with at least 80 different guys, but very few have reached out to message me. And when I message first there's no response? Either there's some bugs in the messenger and notification system, or New York men have become extremely shy. It would be nice if, after matching, users get a prompt/nudge immediately afterwards to message the person they matched with. Thanks, Hinge!

Cannot login with fb, just keeps giving login error message. Probably fb fault but do I really have the keep taking time out if my day to troubleshoot this nonsense after an update? OkCupid and CMB work fine for me anyway.

My favorite dating app but buggy. As of today it keeps giving me an error when I try and log in with fb. I can't access my account!

App works fine but does encounter glitches and the new limitations are not ideal. Overall, on par with other apps.

Seriously the best app out there right now. Adding video was SO clutch. Also The quality of guys is so much better than on other apps. Hinge is a total game changer!
  • Horrible support department

I had an issue with the app that would delete things on my profile, making it "incomplete" and so that I couldn't interact with other profiles. I sent emails to the support department 3 times over 2 weeks and never got a response, never mind a solution
  • Used to be better, however

I continually am seeing repeat girls who I decided to not match with previously. It's frustrating to see the same people over and over again and I live in a very populated city. First world problem I know. Probably won't renew my membership if this isn't fixed soon.
  • Moronic login

Hinge lost my "business" because it couldn't decipher what Facebook page I was logged in under. It kept logging me in as my business page no matter what I did. I even deleted both Hinge and Facebook and redownloaded them to fix the issue, but it never changed. And there's no way to log out of Hinge and log in to a different account. So moronic.
