This app is amazing! But it has some glitches.....whenever I tap the little box thing that has the symbol thingy in it it doesn't make a noise when it's supposed to and especially when it's a new sound I get it wrong bc I can't hear the sound 😕
  • Amazing

This app in conjunction with other resources will have you well on your way to learning a new language. As others have stated the desktop version is thorough and should be used as well. This app shines as an on the go tool to language learning or to brush up on your skills. Make no mistake, you can definitely learn the fundamentals of a language through the application itself.

  • Very good app, just needs more lessons

    By Samirathepug
Nice and easy to use, Duolingo definitely makes learning a language easier, because it lets you go back and practice lessons as many times as you like, but I do think there could definitely be more lessons for each language.
  • great but has issues

    By leighmarco
i wish the speaking component was better. worked at first and then it just wasn't incorporated into the lessons after the first few. tried logging in and out and changing the settings and deleting and redownloading the app but the problem persisted. disappointing because i really do like the app
