You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings. Note: Some features in this app will require your full name, country, birthdate and email address, as well as access to your location data. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards. The app will request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. The app will request access to your contacts to assign purchased PhotoPass images to your contacts. Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party. Some features in this app include the ability to make purchases and will require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection. Guests must be 18 years or older to make purchases.     For something made by Disney, it’s honestly very surprising that this app is absolute garbage. Half the time it won’t even open, and the other half the time it freezes or crashes right in the middle of booking dining or fast passes. It needs some serious work and is basically useless, you’d think for spending a couple thousand dollars on a vacation you could at least have an app that worked...

    Linking issues with large groups . Also some family/friends don’t get your invite. Fast past dose not always allow you to remove so you will find your at guest services. App needs a lot of work be for it could be called a quality app!!!

    Ok, when it works it’s great. It doesn’t matter how new the phone is. If you’re using it at home or in the Magic Kingdom it’s slow and needs re-launched often.

    Park used to so clean. Dirty dirty. Bathrooms by small world all clogged up. No toilet paper no paper towels. Everything is so so expensive thank god I’m here with no children just two adults away for a few days. I took my children many times when they were young never a thing dirty and never ever anything but immaculate bathrooms. Awful shame

    Normally I love everything Disney but I am not impressed at all in the app - cannot check dining plan balances, very slow and overall not helpful.

    It’s so busy you can’t even move. The wait time for rides averages 75 min. Which is ridiculous when you spend so much money to get in here.

    System always seems to have issues... timing out constantly. The other people traveling with me experienced the same issues.
