    All of Disney IT is horrible. App constantly crashes, does not always sync with MDE on website, don’t get me started on website, slow, constant Reset of pages etc
  • Good but needs work

    This app has so much potential but needs a lot of work. Here are the problems I encountered in the four days I was at the various parks: - the "see all plans" under My Plans didn't show the same info for me as it did for someone else on my plan. I had to go into "book a fast pass" to see what fast passes were scheduled but my daughter saw both restaurant reservations and fast passes under "see all plans". - it can be hard to find things you are looking for especially if you don't know the name of the attraction you are looking for. - occasionally the app would crash MOST AGGRAVATING: - the walking directions don't update quickly enough to avoid going the wrong way and it can be hard to tell which direction you are facing when looking at the map. I ended up using Google Maps to find my way around in the parks! It was much more accurate and in sync with my movements!

    There’s a lot of great features I on it. However, checking didn’t work because of an error with the app. I had the same problem at the website. I was trying to check in to the hotel on the Disney bus-maybe Perhaps I should have checked in earlier!!

    Reserving fast passes, seeing what they’re available for & when, looking at all plans are all very awkward, clunky operations that require clicking through multiple layers to get through. Very poorly up!

    Wish I could see fast pass availability for rides even after I’ve booked 3 of them in case I want to change my mind (but not give up what I have unless the time works).

    Not worth the pass. You can not get on anything you would like to see. I wasted money and time just to stand in line and that I am unable to use the fast passes. The worst is having to explain this to your child. I will be canceling my yearly pass holder account.

    Remarkable advance in managing the experience. I find it a bit complicated. Specifically in distinguishing whose fast passes are whose. We have a party of six. So requires clicking each fast past to determine which is which. Practice will help. And I’m complaining about a technology that allows me to change fast passes while sitting at the airport during a flight delay. So we become so quickly used to technology that was Sci Fi a few decades ago.
