App Reviews

  • Mine train collides with monorail

    By Swim Chauffeur
This app crashes more than drunk drivers sexting on their cell phones-while driving during rush hour on the New Jersey Turnpike. Seriously. It’s pitiful.
  • So far not so good.

When i checked into the Port Orleans Riverside, i food loose pills and food in our room. I should have known this was only the beginning. Later that evening, i ordered groceries from Amazon Prime to be delivered. Unfortunately i gave them the address for Floridian so my mistake. I contacted the Floridian and told them of my error and the indicated it was ok and they would hold them for our arrival the following day. Checked out of Riverside the following morning because my reservation for Floridian was for the rest of my trip. I informed the Riverside staff, we needed our luggage transferred to the Floridian, they agreed to have that done and the bags would be at the hotel when we checked in at 3 pm. When we arrived at Floridian around 2:50, we were able to check in a little early but no luggage had been delivered and while going through the checkout process, the lady helping me said our room was overlooking the lagoon and we would be able to see Magic Kingdom. Well, overlooking the pool is not what she had told me and to top it off our groceries could not be located. We contacted Amazon and told them the staff at Floridian could not find our groceries, so they credited us our money back. It’s now 4 o clock and no luggage still. We had fast passes for Magic Kingdom that started at 4 and obviously missed that because we still had no luggage. We are raising cane at both hotels by this time and the feedback we got was “sorry but it is busy, today.” We reorder groceries from Amazon. Finally, luggage gets here around 5 and we do our best to get to get our 4 kids and ourselves ready before heading to Magical Kingdom and do what we can before heading to Mickey’s very merry Christmas. We got to Magic Kingdom at 6:30. Two and half hours after we had planned. We make the best out of a bad deal but were unable to get real close for the main events and parade. Head back to the Floridian around 10 pm and check in with Bell Services to see if our Amazon “reorder” had arrived. The Bell Captain said, “Oh the Barton order, yes it’s here. There’s like 20 bags of groceries.” I told him it shouldn’t be that much and then asked him if perhaps when my new order came in if they magically found the old order. He wouldn’t confirm that but when they brought it to my room that’s in fact what happened so now i have 2 of everything. Hopefully day 3 will be better. Regards, Brett Barton 832-205-4750 Floridian Room 8210.
  • App not working on iPad Air

Cannot get my app to open on my iPad Air. Works fine on iPhone. 😠😠😠😠
  • Arrival and first day

    By acevedo9099
Wish the magical express would of gotten my luggage to room in under 4 hours but not the case. Checking in was difficult, seemed like staff might be new or newly added together as a team. For the amount of money we are paying, not impressed whatsoever.
  • Great when it works

    By Didney Chick
I’ve used this app for a while and when it works, it’s great. However, most of the time I can’t get the app to open after repeated crashes. (App launch screen shows up then just gives up and goes back to my home screen.) Sometimes it takes up to 10 times of trying to load the app! This gets old fast especially when you try to book fast passes or a dining reservation. And sometimes when you try to modify things like dining reservations, it says “page won’t load”. When it works, it’s a great app, but it suffers from stability issues. Maybe it’s because I have an iPhone 6, but I have friends who have newer phones and have the same problem. It really is a magical place to go to, but this app leaves much to be desired.
  • Absolutely worthless

    By Travj81
This app will only add insult to injury. On the very rare chance that it even works, which is 2 times out of 10, it will only serve to frustrate and anger you over the fact that there are never, and I mean never any fast passes available for anything remotely popular. I will not be renewing my Annual Passes when they finally expire next year. Each visit somehow trumps the last being more disappointing and much more frustrating. It’s sad experiencing the decline of an institution that at one time was the cause of so many great lifelong memories.
  • Disappointed

I can not get this app to open on my phone for the last few weeks. I am trying to set up final plans for our trip in 10 days and it has stopped working.
  • Helpful but crashes a lot

    By Talongreeff
It’s a cute app. Works well when it works. Does not work well all the time. It doesn’t seem to matter what the load is at the park. It seems to work when it’s busy and then doesn’t work when it’s not busy. Overall though you’ve got to have it!
  • Needs Improvements

    By DisneyMarley
This app really needs to improve. It’s always freezing, or not loading properly. I’m always having to close it out and open up again to refresh or add to my plans.
  • Malfunction

    By KJCsMommy
This app frequently malfunctions, when it does work. I’ve tried removing it and downloading it to my phone again and it’s just a hassle when you’re trying to make dining reservations and it tells you there’s been an error.
