    Seriously, Lyft? I use this app often and since the new update I can’t get picked up at my own address. I live in Waikiki and Lyft now uses these purple sections filled with hit spots that you must choose from. I just want to put my address in or move the pickup spot to where I actually am rather than walk down to the end of the street... irritating.

    Tried to get a ride and the price kept going up. It went from $18 to over $35 in the span of about 15, also an extra $5 for a cancellation fee. I just lost $40 for nothing.

    I have been taking this service for the past few years and I used both Uber and Lyft alternating and I noticed the difference between the two, I exclusively take Lyft because I have seen the service become more superior to others, the drivers friendlier, the cost is less and certainly they take better care of their drivers. Thank you for living up to a higher standards than others

    I’ve had so many horrible experiences with lyft, I don’t know where to begin. one time, my driver drove off before I got in the car and lyft charged me for the ride. another time, my driver got pulled over by a police car (RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME) causing me to be late to something important. one time my lyft was having car troubles and mid ride, pulled over and told me that he couldn’t take me to my destination bc of it. had to get out and call an uber and was late to work. many times when calling a lyft from work, it’ll say that my driver is close but then if I close my app, lyft will assign me a different driver without letting me know. the lyft app is also poorly made and driver pickup times and arrival times are always horribly inaccurate. TRYING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE. finding a number to call for support on the app is difficult, they’ll have you waiting on hold for forever. multiple times i’ve been hung up on. the people that I did get in contact with seemed to be very apathetic and uninterested in my issues. at the most all that they’ve done for me is given me a credit for a ride. don’t waste your time. download uber.

    My first ride was a scheduled pickup I made 4:00 pm 4/25/2018 to be picked up 4/26 7:15 am. I receive ed a notification a driver was thirty minutes away. What happen to that driver I don’t know. My next notification was my driver arrived. They also called me said they are here. Numbnut is at the drop off. So I go check if I put the information in that way. I hadn’t. They then call back pleading for me not to cancel the ride, if I wanted to cancel do it before he drove 22 miles. He finally shows up. I’m on the porch he passed the driveway. He goes to the next drive, pulls in attempts drive through the yard to where I was standing. OMG. Yes I started yelling!!! By now my late, have caught hell trying to contact anybody or find what I need on the app. This review is one step until I find out how to contact anybody. Notice I didn’t mention their driving.

    I HAVE GOTTEN ROBBED MULTIBLE TIMES BY UBER DRIVERS FOR MY PHONE AND THEY DO NOTHING... MY REVIEWS KEEP GETTING DELETED AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL RESPOND TO ALL REVIEWS WITH A AUTOMATED MESSAGE JUST LIKE THEY DID ON EMAIL WHEN THERE DRIVERS STOLE MY PHONES

    App work well. Would like to maybe update and let us choose smoker or non smoker drivers. I use this service everyday and I can tell you. Some cars I cannot even breathe in.

    I was loyal to lyft for a while. Now it’s getting ridiculous with the prices. Recently the payment method has been acting up knowing I have money on my card. And last but not least when you set a ride some of the lyft drivers will sit for a few minutes. They’ll wait until I cancel before they move. You’ve lost a customer. I’m going back to uber !
