  • Don’t Buy This!! Too Buggy to Use!

I like the print version of this app, so I downloaded the app and subscribed (Yes, they have my $24.95). But the app keeps telling me to purchase the full version (the free version wouldn’t open), and when I say OK, it tells me I’m already subscribed, but then when I try to use it, it says my previous subscription is expired. And it has no record of my email or password. I hit the Support button for subscriptions, but the support address is changed and my browser doesn’t recognize the new address (so $24.95 for frustrating experience). I’m using iOS 12.x.x

I bought the app, and it won’t allow me to use it. It keeps saying my subscription is expired. A one year subscription expired in two minutes??? It wants me to purchase it again. I have the email receipt, I know the purchase went through. And now nothing. $25 for nothing. What a scam! I want a refund!!!!

Have used it his in past with older iPhones without issues. Now I have an iPhone 8 and I just renewed my subscription but it won’t let me access it!!! Same issue as some other reviews below. I have contacted customer support twice. If this isn’t resolved soon, will file dispute with credit card company. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing.
  • A great work in progress

This app definitely has some flaws and requires work. Customer service was not helpful until I took the survey - which was not great. Once the survey was received, customer service was very helpful and communicated progress on getting the app up and running. I’ve tried several drug apps and this one is the most inclusive and most informative of them all. The content is worth putting up app glitches. The content is updated frequently too. I recommend this app over any other.
  • Subscription required even for Lippincott online textbook owners

Kind of dumb that they want you to pay for a subscription even if you've already spent hundreds of dollars on their textbooks. You should be able to log in through a Lippincott account and having active textbooks/Prep-U should automatically allow access to this app without further payment.

Downloaded and redownloaded. It keeps on saying that my subscription expired yet it automatically renewed a month ago. Unable to reach developer for a refund.

I purchased the subscription and it won’t recognize my subscription even though I can see it on my Apple ID. I sent an email for help with app and they want a scratch off code and won’t respond until I send. Wanted money.

Able to use this app on the day to day basis to help reference different drugs! I don’t have to lug around the heavy drug formulary. The only down side is that you don’t know which drugs are added to the drug formulary when updated! It would be nice if we could see what new drugs are being added to the formulary. Overall very satisfied with the app.

Im so angry. I just purchased the app because I had the book and I was like it’d be great to have the compatible software for clinical. It stole my money! Didn’t give me a chance to even sign up and just charged me. Now I can’t even access it without having it ask me to pay again.
