Single issues are available for $6.99 each, or you can opt for a recurring monthly subscription for $1.99 per issue. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.     I agree with the others that this app and the corresponding app on PC World your sister publication are horrible!!! The videos don’t work at times. I have bought new iPads thinking it was my technology but, alas it is yours! I also have a digital subscription with consumer reports and their app is wonderful!! You should look at theirs!

  • The App is not very good

    I love the magazine, but the app is not very good. I’ve experienced numerous times when I couldn’t download the issue for the particular month. Additionally, calling the customer support line for help was equally useless. Please fix this app I’ve been a subscriber for more than 4 years now and I’m quickly getting to the point when I will give up on this and move on to a medium which is more reliable.

    I have tried to download the magazines I’ve paid for the last couple months and I’m unable. I am done with this app. I’ve been a subscriber for years. It’s totally useless.

    Macworld is a good magazine, and a nostalgic favorite, but it’s only viewable on my iPad. The app has never worked on iPhones (3 different phones, lots of uninstalling and reinstalling). The app downloads the newest issue onto my phone, or says it’s been downloaded, but none of the articles are ever viewable. For each page of magazine content, I get a blank screen with some words telling me what the content of the page should be, plus a spinning wheel that rolls forever. The actual article never loads. I keep hoping for an improvement ...

    This used to be an OK app. Now it does not even load an issue properly. I get a white screen, not the magazine. Plus the user interface is far from elegant. Come on, IDG, you're better than this.

    No response from customer support...finally tired of the constant subscription issues canceled my subscription...too bad I enjoyed the articles....

    Restore is a joke. You pay for a subscriptions do can never read issues. Apple should kick them out of the App Store

    This app is pathetic - never works and is laughable that a tech related magazine has such an inadequate app. I go thru “restoring” my purchases and none of the magazines download. I try to purchase and it says “you have a subscription good thru...”. But will not let m download. I am canceling this subscription - it is NOT worth the ongoing hassle. Absolute Failure.
