  • Good for Beginners

    I’ve been using Headspace for two years now. I enjoyed it as a beginner. It helped me develop a daily meditation practice and its goals and tracker were motivating. But after a while, you realize all the programs are essentially the same. I was very excited to try the different programs (like Happiness and Productivity), but was very disappointed to find that they didn’t offer much insight into those areas. All the meditations follow a similar structure (a much TOO similar structure) with very slight variations. I’m thankful that it helped me establish a daily practice, but now I’m bored with it and looking to move on.

    I am very happy with Headspace now. It has been much improved since I first joined. I enjoy it very much now. Tons of focus choices. Love the very short sessions, like the new daily sessions. A tiny session to stop and quiet your mind. I use it and move along then come back later or do a combo; the short daily and one in my series, depending on my day. Glad I stuck with it. You have helped me lower my BP. Thank you Headspace. I stand by my first above review and add; how much I continue to enjoy this well produced software. Very glad that sleep issues have come to the forefront and is being addressed more and more. The added tools and choices within that menu, has been a hugs help with my sleep problems. As a positive side effect; my husband sleeps more soundly, with less snoring, when I play one of more of the sleep tools. He’s benefiting without even knowing about Headspace! Thank you. Thank you.
  • What an amazing experience!

    I’ve been using headspace for a year now and it has been a life-changing experience for me. Before I ever starting mediating, I was always caught up in my thoughts and I was taking them way too seriously. I use to overthink way too much about myself - who I am and if I am capability of getting through the hurdles that life throws in my way. Once I started college, I decided to give mediation a go since I became convinced of the great benefits it can bring after reading about the science behind it and thought it would help me be more present with my work/activities instead of ruminating about the past. I feel more distance between my thoughts/feeling so I am now able to just let them go and be more present with whatever I’m doing without judging myself too harshly. I definitively recommend that others should try headspace and also read some of the science of mediation online so you can be aware of the many benefits it can bring.

    I have this app for a long time. At first I didn't use it as much that I wanted too but I started seeing the benefits even in the way I sleep! Now I think I've developed an habit and I have 26 day in a row Meditating each day and sometimes 2 or 3 times. It helps me to stay focuse when let's say.. I'm coding on the side or doing any computer work. Also it helps me to isolate my thoughts and see them as just thoughts not as the person I am. I can confidently say. Mmm that's just doubt, that's just insecurity and keep doing what I'm doing. I hope I stay actively using it and hope the company keeps growing and providing such great content. Love the UIUX, high quality animation.. The new design kinda Sri getting use to finding the singles and short video. But overall. LOVE! Very happy paying customer. Recommend 130% to anyone
  • Finding peace and mind in small sessions throughout the day

    Whenever I need to find some peace or just take some time to focus on myself, I’ve been using this app and I read some of the book too. So far I feel relaxed and it’s nice to know I don’t have to meditate for 2 hours because frankly I don’t have the time.
