    This is the best workout tracking and planning app available. It does nearly everything you could want, but isn’t overly complicated or time consuming to use. You can save multiple routines, even complex ones, and track your progress. It even supports tracking repetition and duration base exercises.

    This is a great app- it has everything I need. Since I'm already carrying my phone for music, this eliminates the need for a separate notebook. It lets me work out the way I want to. Great app!

    This app makes tracking your progress a breeze. Everything can be tracked. If the exercise isn’t in the default selection, you can program it into the app in about 30 seconds. Compound, cable, machine, dumbbell, body weight, weighted body weight, and even cardio are all accounted for. The app will really shine for those who follow a specific program or do certain exercises routinely.

    The app is really convenient for keeping track of progress. I’ve been using a free beta version for a couple months now, and the app has a lot of great features. It keeps me aware of how much time is passing with the rest timers. It also makes it easy to record your progress and see what you did during your last workout. The ability to create workout routines is also really useful! It keeps everything nice and organized. The app has everything I want and more. In regards to the pricing, I really don’t want to pay for a subscription to use this app. I’d rather just pay one time for the app - there is an option for a one time payment, but it’s $100! There is an option to be a beta tester. You get all the features for free, but you have to settle for a version that may have a bug or two.
