  • Not much better than yelp

    By heartportomuito
There’s no way of filtering the options you are looking for- say coffee versus eating at a restaurant. And there’s no way to filter places that are open etc. Also when I tried registering my account it wouldn’t let me input my email address. Apparently your entire email address has to be less than 12 characters to work.

My best friend and I took a road trip from FL to NOLA and used this app the whole way there and back! We found great places to eat every time, and didnt have to worry about planning our route around restaurants. Just opened the app when we were hungry and stopped at the next yummy spot 😊

  • A Must-Buy For Vegans

    By Curtis Schmitt
Dining out was a lot easier when I was vegetarian but now that I’m vegan it’s simply too time-consuming to sift through Yelp and Google reviews to figure out 1. If a restaurant actually serves any vegan dishes and 2. how good those vegan dishes are. You know on Happy Cow that the reviews are by fellow vegans and vegetarians so they more accurately predict the experience as opposed to restaurants receiving many five star ratings for their steak and other animal flesh based dishes, while their veg options are just afterthoughts.

I bought this app for $3.99. I live in north Scottsdale. I checked to see what vegetarian restaurants were near me and it only listed two.

I just downloaded the app and saw that it was vegan restaurant right in the next town! I’ve search Vegan restaurants in google but this particular place never showed up! Thanks to Happy Cow I was able find a Vegan Restaurant and find an amazing home vegan shop less than 15 minutes away from home. Thank Happy Cow! Definitely worth the purchase!
  • Lacks the functionality it needs

    By andrewthefurst
I expected a Yelp for vegetarians and vegans. For $4 you don't even get half the functionality you need. I wanted to find vegetarian fine dining restaurants and I can't even filter by price. I can only sort, and only by lowest price. For free or a dollar I would be ok but for a $4 app I expected quality.
