  • Make premium cheaper

    You are not Netflix nor are you Xbox Live. 3 dollars a month would be much more appropriate
  • Premium not worth it

    I used strava for a couple of months before deciding to upgrade to premium and let me tell you it is NOT WORTH IT. As a free mileage and route tracker, strava performs as well as any other cycling app with the added semi-benefit of a social media style feed which no one really interacts with in a serious way. Upgrading to premium offers several benefits, none of which are actually that enticing. The main feature is being able to map your heart rate and caloric burn rate against other variables for each ride. What made me cancel my subscription is how poor the HR tracking actually is. There are huge flat spots and unexplained cliffs (example: going up a hill and strava says my HR is around 100bpm) on my charts consistently. This translates to returning home from a ride with a huge discrepancy in how much work you’ve actually put in vs what strava tells you. 100% not worth the exorbitant subscription price.
  • Needs enhancements

    I have been cycling for a long time and I was using Strava as a record but then I noticed that my average speed was declining even though my bike computer said different. I downloaded another GPS bike program and it recorded my average speed up to 3 mph higher. Since Strava has removed the “don’t record at speeds below” option it isn’t accurate especially if you get off your bike and walk to take pictures like I do.

    I don’t care that someone went on a run three days ago. Three days ago, I did care. I will never understand the need for apps to use algorithms. People hate them. Listen to your users.

    There’s a bug or glitch that does not allow strava to record data correctly. I’ve been using this app for years and am currently using on iPhone X so I don’t think the hardware would be the problem. It does not read out audio cues, when I finish somehow it provides a distance but does not record pace or total time. This is a serious problem and would like to hear when this is fixed. Until then I’ll be using the UA or Nike app

    Someone liked a run I ran who is a friend of a friend. I thought I had mine set up so only friends could see it. Contacted support. They explained it to me but not in a way I understood, so 1 Star. Posting where you workout is unsafe. Boo. I’ll still use this lame app bc it’s the only one my friends are on. But if I get stalked and killed, this one is on you guys. Also, make a direct message feature. Thanks for doing the bare min.

    I join in to the choir of many, many users: abandon the ‘post’ feature to mimic Facebook and concentrate on your core strength: Let athletes track their workouts through Strava and share with others in CHRONOLOGICAL order. I want to see my buddies workouts from today. Not last Saturday’s.
