App Reviews

  • Great except for one thing

    By mattyspliff
This new update makes you have to save activity, then edit to change gear. You can’t select gear in initial save. Still gonna use the app, just saying I’d like that function back.
  • Best app best service

    By Robertcaruso23
Love Strava. My main social media app. Been a member a long time. Never ride without it!
  • Love app but customer service near to none

    By Suchanh
Love the app but poor to no customer service. Sent a request to change the display to show run, bike and weight training but fell on deaf ears with the company. No response that was satisfactory considering a very simple request and I pay for summit services. When another program becomes available I will leave strava.
  • Social aspects are good, Watch implementation is lacking

    By John Fenton
Good 1. Generally works OK. 2. Solid community of users Lacking 1. The UI makes it too easy to end an workout with your sleeve rubbing against the Watch. After this happened during my very first run, I learned to turn on Water lock. But that makes pausing or stopping h a workout a multistep process. 2. The app does not implement the “press both buttons to pause/unpause” feature of the default exercise app. At the end of a sweaty workout, it can be impossible to end a Strava workout until I can get to a towel and dry my hands and the screen. 3. Data shown on Watch should be configurable. 4. Doesn’t estimate calories burned on indoor bike workout, even with heart rate data. 5. Calories burned on other workouts (runs and outdoor cycling) are dramatically inflated.
  • Strava rocks from all adventures!!

    By Jim Goodenough
Biking is amazing with the segments & Kom s!! Like how accurate it’s & how many people use this amazing app!
  • No, Sorry

    By Caroleillo
If I can send you a picture you’ll see my problem. You were so off calculating my morning walk today, it’s not even funny. Might be a bug nested in the area of a pause. It seems that not all functions are re-started, but there’s no warning or indication about this. Pretty unstable.
  • Glitches?

    By Mo2Ca
The device sometimes shuts down for no reason and stops recording my rides. Often it pauses in the midst of a ride and fails to restart. Even after manually restarting it cycles to pause and stays there??!
  • Love the community, not the technology

    By dugange
The Strava community is hands-down the best. Supportive at every turn. Dig giving and getting the stoke from fellow riders around our glorious globe. Too often, though, Strava’s satellite signal gets lost — and with it the miles I’ve ridden. Poof, gone! Then you gotta go log your mile manually. And no one likes doin that. Pump up the satellite signal Strava.
  • App Works Great

    By ItsJustSteve
The app works great, I love that it syncs with my NB account and I am able to upload my activities to my google calendar so I can track my progress. Some suggests I have would be to be able to edit my map, sometimes my gps is not correct. Also, verbal status would be nice too
  • Watch still doesn’t work

    By intermediatic
Watch still doesn’t work and Strava won’t fix the app. Tired of writing reviews for an app that is revised for no reason other than to get rid of bad reviews. Silicone valley at its worst.
