Why does this not have the double tap feature for the new apple pencil😤😤😤😤
  • Notes for school

It’s great for taking notes in college and I definitely prefer it because of the cloud sharing and how I can write with my apple pencil and it looks so nice The reason for the 3 stars is because it makes my iPad very laggy (only recently). It could be because of an update or because of the sheer file size of my documents. If this is common, please fix.
  • Best note-taking app

Best app for note taking, by far. I’ve used evernote (too many syncing conflicts, unintuitive list sorting), default notes app on iPhone, and this is by far the best. I love the formatting options, text boxes that can be arranged visually, sections and color coding organization, I could go on. Only reason I didn’t give 5-stars is due to recent app instability on newer iOS. My cursor position seems to jump to top of the note every time I hit enter. This didn’t use to happen. Hope to see a fix soon.
  • Sync option issue

Have to have the app open the whole day and download my note sections one by one waiting for each one to finish!! Seriously. I have so many notebooks and it is painful to get them downloaded to my device! Please fix this.
  • Too many missing feature

It is a good app, but it misses many features that are available in the desktop version. For example, search by a tag is missing. There are many other examples
  • Hasn’t Figured out how to be an effective App yet

I seem to use oneNote quite a bit these days. However it seems to work best on the desktop – not on the app. There are small little quirks that slow me down and make it nearly impossible to be productive. For example, if you place the cursor someplace and hit return to start a new line, the app places the cursor way up at the top corner of your note. Before you know it, your inserting text way up at the top of your note. At the beginning. And heaven forbid if you leave the app to look at another app and then toggle back. For example I might want to look at what song is playing, or what my friend just texted me, or any other app. Wait a couple minutes and try to go back to OneNote and nine times out of ten you’ll get a white screen of death. Of course you have to force close down the app and restart it and go find your note again and put the cursor where used to be. Just don’t hit return to start a new line. Not Quite ready for real productivity yet.

Love this app for medical school but I wish I could have multiple windows open of OneNote so I can better synchronize my studying.
