    I love how clear and efficient my communication with my coach can be because of this app. My Garmin tracks what I do, and it syncs beautifully with Training Peaks. The initial set up was a bit glitchy initially for a few days, but it’s all smooth and reliable now.

    Having workouts put on a calendar and synched to Garmin works for my mind. I focus on what I have to do the next day as opposed to a race 4 months away. I know as long as I do the daily workout, I will be ready for the race. Awesome app and software.

    Very impressive stats and information available. Having a coach connect via this app and customize workouts and weekly plans is exceptionally helpful. Dialogue through comments about performance with coach very valuable. When interfacing with Garmin and Vector 3 pedals, full data available for analysis. Overall outstanding app.

    I am a triathlete and I train with a coach. This is our primary way to communicate. It makes it very easy and convenient and accurate. I can't cheat. My workouts are recorded by my Garmin and automatically uploaded. The analytics are very good. It allows me to compare workouts and track progress. It's for athletes who are serious about making the most of their workouts.
