  • Coverage Area

I’m trying to follow Anchorage area quakes and am only able to see Oklahoma, even with Alaska selected as the area. I’m visiting but my family is in Eagle River.
  • Kinda terrible...

Today during class the entire room shook for about 3 seconds. This earthquake wasn’t even reported on QuakeFeed and still hasn’t been...I don’t know how they get their earthquake information, but it isn’t that reliable.
  • It’s very confusing

I thought I set the setting to regional. I wasn’t getting any notices for large earthquakes.

  • Pretty great

This has been a great app. Usually provides updates within 5 min of the event. I do wish there was a way for it to show the length of each quake.
  • Alaska quake

I found this app after the 30 November 2018 Alaska quake. It has been fun to participate in citizen science regarding aftershocks.

It’s good to have this app, but scary to know and feel what is happening.
  • Alaska EQ junkie

I love this app. I just admit I had to turn off notifications for a while as we are 2 days from the 7.0 here in Alaska and it kept going off with after shocks. It’s great to have because sometimes I think I’m loosing my mind until this goes off and tells me nope it was another shaker
