Uber is available in more than 500 cities worldwide—download the app and take your first trip today. Requesting your Uber is easy—here’s how it works: - Just open the app and tell us where you’re going. - The app uses your location so your driver knows where to pick you up. - You’ll see your driver’s picture, vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the map. - Payment can be made by credit card, cash in select cities, Apple Pay, PayPal, and more. - After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the Uber experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email. Need a simple way to get from A to B quickly? Take uberX, our most affordable individual option. Want to save money on your ride? Take uberPOOL—you’ll travel with other riders headed your way and enjoy a lower fare. Want to elevate your experience? Take a high-end vehicle with UberBLACK. And there’s still more options—whether you’re traveling with a big group, or need a vehicle with accessibility features. I had a bad experience with my rider, Gary. I’m an handicapped person and I used a Cain to walk. I had a box which weighs less than 10 pounds and Gary asked me to put it in his car trunk. So I pleaded with him to help me put the box in the trunk. On the way Gary asked me what happened to me and I told him I had polio when I was young and I’m okay because I’m 50 years now. Now when I got to my destination Gary l pleaded with Gary to help me with my box because and he said will I give him a tip for helping me with my box? He told me helping me with the box is not part of the service. All I told him was I would try to give him the tip. So he asked me will I try to give him a tip for helping me with the box. When I said yes, Gary gave the box to me without helping me. In fact my door is not far So with my Cain in my left hand I carried the box to my door.
  • GPS doesn’t work but I’m charged?!

The Uber driver was given an exact spot to pick me up. He drove by me standing there waiting for him at about 30mph. I was about 100 ft from the spot on my app but he continued down the street past that spot. I just walked home in below zero temps and was charged $5? I will NOT be using Uber again and that’s too bad for them as I WAS a happy DAILY user. Thanks for nothing but possibly pneumonia.
  • A bit odd

Our driver informed us he had multiple wives in Utah and asked my friend if she wanted to be another. She said no and he became offended. We giggled our way out of awkwardness until our stop. This should never be the topic of conversation between a professional employee to a client. Uber in KC is the new yellow cab...
  • Worst Uber experience tonight

I called an Uber to pick me up. The map showed me a pick up location where no cars were allowed. I was walking all over the place and ended up having to take a cab after I could not locate the Uber. Uber then charged me 5.15 after they could not find me? What a joke

  • Phantom $5 cancel fee.

    By YOYO%
How can you charge five dollar cancel fee when your Uber driver cannot find us standing on the corner for 20 minutes out in freezing weather. Then when we call another driver he shows up in two minutes no problem and you charge five dollars for that are you kidding me. Hello
