    Uber lately has been b.s me when I request rides and the Uber driver is 8 minutes away I cancel because he ETA is too long , they connect me to the same driver so I have to cancel multiple times and get charged a fee. Before Uber matched me with a different driver after I cancel 2x, you guys aren’t satisfied with the money you guys make already ?

    The driver went to the wrong address, I told him how to find me, he then drove right by me, I texted him to turn around, he simply canceled the trip. Late for scary doctor appointment. Michael, please be more customer for used.

    I requested a pick up at 3:40 am to go to airport. I got an e-mail from Uber cancelling me; saying driver couldn’t make it and try again. I drove myself to airport and I got a 5 dollar charge!
  • Useless for Apple Watch

    I purchase an Apple Watch because I was told I could use uber seamlessly with no issues. However that is not the case. I continuously receive an error message asking for me to use my cell phone. Often the cell phone is home. So I am now stuck outside with no means of transportation. Please correct this. It’s foolish for Apple Watch. Thanks Was there any follow up to fixing the glitches on the Uber app to be compatible with the Apple Watch. Allowing customers not having to sign in and out on cell phone. ?

  • Invalid promo codes

    I received a promo code which cannot be applied in the app, and support has given me 3 different replies: “the code has expired”, meaning you’re sending out expired codes. “The code had to be applied before the ride”, meaning the support agent is not even looking at the screenshot I’ve attached. “The conditions are not met”, never communicating those conditions. Uber Chile’s facebook page is oblivious to my post on their wall. Maybe here it gets acknowledged. Update: got a reply to this reply asking me to contact support again. Did so and went through the exact same round of nonsense replies. Waste of my time. Deleted the app.

    The only thing I would like is to make to cheaper for collage students . I take Uber to my collage and it does get expensive . I wish it could be some way that students get a discount or something but other than that no complains
