    Bought a replay and can’t watch it on my chromecast device. Shows the NBA logo on my tv and then states ‘no media selected’. This is after trying multiple streams. It plays on my phone about 50% of the time with no audio. Glad I only wasted $2 on the replay.
  • The NBA is lazy

    This app has really gone down hill and so has NBA.com in general. They are getting lazy and not posting timely recaps, nor do they show post game interviews anymore. NBA.com has gotten lazy. Please show the old highlights that you used to including post game interviews. Yalls game recaps have shortened by a full minute too. Again, lazy and not giving quality content to the viewers and consumers of the NBA. Basketball is amazing, the NBA business should not ruin what it’s website/app could potentially be.

    Can’t even see the scores or statistics. Quit using this app and just recently got back on in hopes of you guys fixing that but nothing still can’t see scores or statistics. Terrible app

    Full disclosure, I only use this app to watch games that I have paid for on NBA League Pass. With that said, I paid a lot of money to watch games and this app should offer me more. This app is a disgrace, especially with the resources that the NBA has behind it. There are two big issues I have with this app. 1) You cannot start a live game from the beginning once the game has begun. To clarify, once a game has begun, you can either jump in and view the game from its current live position, or else wait until the game is over and then you can watch the entire game from the beginning. The only way around this I have found is to pull up the app before the game starts, and then pause it until I can actually watch it. Which brings me to my second point... 2) the only way to advance a “recorded” (a live game which was paused) game is in 15 second increments. So I have to hit the double arrows 60 times to skip the halftime report. This issue is made much worse when it often takes 15 seconds to load each time you try to advance. And several times I have had the app freeze while paused, so the only way I could restart it was to close the app and then my only option is again, either to watch the game from where it is live, or wait until it is over and watch it from the beginning. I pay $120 bucks a year just to watch a single team play, and this app makes that experience almost unbearable.

    I gladly spend $200 buying league pass thru Frontier. And after two weeks of emails back and forth I’m told I can only watch on my iPhone but not my iPad? How can such a league, so well run have such a trash app? I can’t even watch highlights on my iPad? Supposedly due to app not working with my version of iOS for iPad yet. Also even on my iPhone where I can watch games I still have to watch 30 SECOND commercials before highlights?

    I wanted to watch my home game, games for a whole year but of course there is black out and I can’t do anything about this and I have dish and It isn’t on TV and I need help if anyone can help me I would appreciate it!

    Cuts out at least once a minute for me on league pass radio. Just paid for the subscription and regretting every second of it with this poor quality. Can not properly listen to a game. I WANT A REFUND!

    App has been grayed out for weeks and the app in the App Store has been stuck on the “update” loop circle. I can’t long hold and delete, so there’s nothing to do to make it work as far as I can tell and I have not been able to use my subscription.
