  • Beware

Your data is only stored locally, that is on your cell phone. If your iPhone gets corrupted and have to be reset or replaced so that you cannot restore iCloud backup, you lose everything.
  • Great app, but...

I’m really enjoying this app so far! I love being able to shuffle through all my clothes to find new outfits, and I absolutely love having a catalog of all my clothing! But I wish there was a way to set parameters for shuffling your clothes. I’m thinking being able to shuffle your least/never worn clothes would be a big help to a lot of people. It would certainly help me get the most out of my wardrobe. I’d also like to see a way to sort your clothes by most recently worn. I’m really bad as keeping track of what I wore last, and I know I’d use the heck out of a feature like that.
  • Great for kids! One request.

I’ve been using this app for my daughter’s clothes for the last month, and I absolutely love it! It helps me to really see what she has instead of rummaging through her closet. If we have a special occasion or event coming up, like Easter or a birthday party, I can easily see if she has something to wear for it. I love the Style Stats, especially that it tells you Cost Per Wear and which items get worn the most/least. This was a real eye opener for me! This app makes packing way easier, too! I can plan out all of her outfits, and I avoid over packing! I do have one request. Since my daughter is young, she outgrows clothes and shoes fairly quickly. I wish there was an option to remove and item from “Item Count” and “Total Closet Value” without having to actually delete the item. For example, my daughter outgrew a pair of shoes, and we donated them. But those shoes are on the calendar in 6 outfits. We donated them, so they are no longer in her closet. But if I delete the item, the shoes would be missing from the outfits, leaving them incomplete. In 3 years, I don’t want to have all the clothes my daughter outgrew on the app anymore. Thanks!
  • Love it!

It really helped me to figure out what clothes I wear the most and what I should just donate. Also, it’s super helpful with choosing an outfit each day because now I’d know what I wore the day before through the app.

Needs to be made more user friendly. Clumsy and hard to use.
  • Provide more useful stats!

Edit 5/6/19: please make it possible to view the total value of each category and subcategory! I guess I could sort of achieve this by adding entire categories as looks and seeing the total value that way, but still, it would be nice to have that data easily accessible. I love this app conceptually, and there are a lot of things it does well (ie it’s relatively easy to upload and edit individual pictures). That said, I really wish the stats were more robust. It did get a lot better in recent months, but: 1. No field to add purchase date 2. No field to add retailer (you can only add the brand itself) 3. No stats on the individual folders and sub folders you create for shirts, shoes, outwear etc. I would love to know what I’ve spent on shoes vs. what I’ve spent on handbags etc. I would love to know how cost per wear varies between categories (ie do I keep buying ballet flats when it makes more sense to purchase more button-downs, based on how much value I’m actually getting out of the ones I already have. Am I getting no value whatsoever out of the skirts I own because I’m always wearing slacks? Etc.). 4. Mass upload pictures from my phone’s photo folder (to make adding pictures of clothes I have on my phone that much less tedious) 5. Add a field to indicate that I have multiple pairs of something 6. The ability to see stats based on dates and individual folders/subfolders (so that I can see if say, I was very foolish to have purchased so many sweaters 3 years ago, OR to see what items I purchased in a certain period I have been better off not buying) 7. The ability to see stats based on brand vs. cost per wear (like maybe I should shop less a certain stores and more at others because I get the most or least value out of the clothes I buy there.) 8. No field to add rating (maybe I wear a certain item very infrequently, but I still really love it and am glad that I purchased it. This would get around the problem Stylebook automatically has with its lack of historical data. It would nice to see stats based on what brands/folders I’ve rated most highly overall, and to also see what my closet would look like if I purged it of everything I didn’t love. Sometimes I wear certain items a lot out of necessity but I don’t actually like them and would be better off upgrading.)
  • Waste of $3.99

What a waste of time! You spend more time trying to add your entire wardrobe into the app and the slider that is supposed to remove the backgrounds also remove portions of your clothes. I used a solid white sheet with no designs on it and put black pants on top to take the photo & when I tried removing the background it also removed parts of the pants. So I leave the backgrounds. Also, you have to make sure you have all of your categories in there before you take the picture & try to add it to a category. If your category is not already set up you have to loose the image, go in and set up the category then take the picture again. Its not that it’s difficult to do but it’s just frustrating and again time consuming. This is more trouble than its worth! Save your money.
  • Doesn’t Truly Sync Across Devices

Minus two stars for the fact that it does not sync across devices. The method they have provided for doing this is both cumbersome and yields crappy results. If you’re syncing across devices, you essentially must send every item of clothing to yourself on the secondary device and recreate your whole closet outfit by outfit, category by category. Truly, this is a crappy experience. One that we know can be better as countless apps of all kinds have figured out how to sync across devices. Otherwise, I am a regular user of this app. It’s made getting dressed much easier. Hello, capsule wardrobe ;) It’s helped me pair things down. Eliminating items I don’t love, and therefore don’t wear. Re-incorporating items I do love but seldom wear. It’s a fact that it takes me less time to get ready. My girlfriend thanks you :)
  • Updated to be even better

My one wish to make this app better has been granted. You can now pick multiple colors to describe your clothing and there is even shade choices now. Love this app. Great for planning clothing for trips, social items or even just to see if you have been wearing the color blue a bit too often this month. Stops the repurchase bug. How in the world did I buy the same shirt twice?!?! It won't happen again because now all my clothing is on this app. The new shuffle function is amazing. I’ve found so many new outfits already in my closet.
