Downloaded. Would not even take a full email address!!! Junk app!
  • Deceiving

If you want to use this one time for $.99 they make it very difficult. I was on able to use it because they pretty much force you to buy credits. I don't want to go around the world just to send a fax for $.99 so if there is a way to do so it's not made clear.

I can't give a real review as this is my first time using it but I can give a five star base on the reviews. I pray I have the same experience as many have claimed. Thank you for this app as it will be extremely handy for my business. Future satisfied customer.. fingers crossed.
  • Fax won't go through Beware!

The app made me pay $2.99 in credit. I tried to fax a document but it will never send it. This is garbage made me spend money.

So far a seamless experience. I received a notification of successful transmission. Very handy little app!!

I did everything I was supposed to do and the recipient still did not receive my urgent fax. Company's customer support is little to no help.
  • Failed Fax but charged credits anyway

    By LionSong
When I try to do my first fax I had to buy credits first. I made my purchase submitted my fax and waited one hour for it to go through but it did not. So I canceled the fax and deleted it to rebuild the content and resend. Once more it required me purchasing more credits although the first fax was not executed. The developers need to program the app to charge upon completion of the task not to start it. I paid $2.99 twice – so essentially six dollars to fax one document.
