NO....You do not get as many faxes as you want for 7days. It stopped me after 7 faxes and asked to buy credits to continue. When I tried emailing support. No answer. Then had nerve to charge me for a subscription and still asked for credits. Wait?! What? I had to call APPLE to reverse charges here. Get it together Developer. The efficiency 0f the APP is good but you all need to work on the marketing/subscription/customer service end.

The quality of the fax sent wasn’t clear enough to the sender & so what is the point of the app if I still have to resend it on another platform...
  • RIPOFF UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!!!

USER BE VERY AWARE!!! After using a few times they suddenly started charging me $17.99 a month which I did not authorize! I have emailed their support demanding a full refund of the total charges!!! I have not even used this app 8 months!!! I have been very busy this past year with both my father and mother passing away and an illness of my own and I kept wondering why my Apple charges were so much. I just thought I must have been downloading a lot of music! I finally took a look tonight and realized I’ve been getting ripped off. The previous reviewer said they told him they had no way to refund his money! Funny thing, they can take my money but they can’t refund it? What an unprofessional outfit! I will be getting Apple involved to report them and make sure I am repaid in full!!! There should not be automatic renewals of any kind without first being notified and approving it! They stole my money right out of my bank account!!! Thieves!!!

Apparently just downloading it will automatically subscribe you to the developer’s subscription of choice without your authorization. They subscribed me to a monthly subscription THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I didn’t even fax anything through their app but I was charged just for downloading a supposedly “free” app.

I like the features and easy use of the iFax app. What I didn’t like is every time I went to send a fax it was asking me for another subscription. So I had to cancel like 3 subscriptions. The pricing is really high for faxes. When faxing isn’t as common. Canceled after 7 day free
  • So easy to use

This app has been a real timesaver for me. It’s so easy to use! I no longer have to run to Staples if I need something faxed. I buy credits directly from my phone which is cheaper & it’s so easy to snap a picture of what you want to fax, or fax from your documents. The faxes are converted to high quality pictures & go through quickly. It’ll save a copy for you & even notify you when your fax has been received on the other end. I’ve tried several & this is the best!

  • False advertisement!

They want people to believe that they automatically issue a 7 day trial then won’t give you any option to accept that. They advertise that you won’t get charged until September 15 or whatever date then you get a notification saying you just got billed or charged a total of 180$ (169$) for the annual subscription. I tried issuing a refund from iTunes but they can’t help me. I also tried reaching out to the website but they haven’t contacted me yet. I will contact my bank first thing tomorrow morning hoping they’d give me back my 180$. Total waste of time trying. Now they gave me a reason not to buy the “trials” trap.

I don’t use the app often and found it difficult to use. Customer support was responsive but I don’t think I can recommend it.
