  • Play list shuffles to different playlists -customer support.

    Playlist does not play songs from the list I choose. It Thanksplays one song and then jumps to other music. This is unacceptable. Please fix it. Put it back to the way it was. Please reply to me. I have no way to get to customer support.

    Since I can't use Pandora here in Austria I was able to use this App and much to my surprise it fills my need for music. I found not all the Music on certain artist are not available but this is okay. I give this APP a Major ATTABOY!

    Ok so I really like this app. I use it all the time! But with this recent update, the music stops at about 8 seconds in and won’t play for a couple minutes. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t have anything to do with my internet connection.

    Used to be a five star app but now it pauses my music every time I close my phone or get a notification. Very frustrating, I’ll be switching to Apple Music

    I am a premium user and use the Spotify mobile app at work, where I get pretty sporadic cell & wifi reception, but I sync my music at home on wifi. I opened the app today at work and was informed that I had reached some kind of new limit on devices/playlists/downloads, (even though I only use one device) and that all my synced playlists had been deleted. I'll skip all the expletives that belong in this review & just say I'm cancelling my premium subscription when I get home. The app has been functioning poorly offline for a long time now, and if I'm paying monthly for access to music, I don't want that access to be conditional upon whether or not I'm in a place with good cell reception or wifi.

    Awesome been using for two years but one thing that I’m surprised isn’t here is a genre tab. You have a playlist tab and songs and artist. It would be very helpful to have a genre category to search your saved music more easily.

  • Recent update breaks queue (iPhone X 256)

    Most recent update introduces breaking changes to queue functionality. Songs play seemingly at random and pressing the queue button leads to bizarre UI behavior that doesn't allow me to see or interact with my queue. Also the playing on fluidity/remote functionality seems to be less reliable. Before this update anytime my MacBook and cell were connected to the same wifi, the Spotify apps were aware of each other and the other device would allow me to change songs, edit queue, etc. Now I have to quit the app if I continue listening on my Mac before it'll like sync up. Great app but for these bugs. Please fix.
