    DON’T BE FOOLED! THIS APP IS NOT FREE! When I downloaded this app, It indicated that it was “free”. But, after only a couple of weeks, I get a notice that my “free trial” is over, and I need to BUY the product. If It had been billed as a trial version, I would never have wasted my time downloading it, let alone using it. This is classic bait and switch - don’t fall for it!

    Great on the computer, great on mobile. Absolute best way to go Dashlane and other managers may be more streamlined, but nothing beats LastPass for the price

    The program works OK but do not get involved in a billing problem. They will not correct any errors.
  • Browser can't handle urls and more fail

    Browser is broken and won't go to any URL pasted or typed into the location field. It only offers to search for the url. Trying to log a trouble ticket ends with the email vanishing before it can be sent with no draft saved by the LastPass app erasing all the details of the failures I pay for. Not good. Help desk has already been pathetic since Joe Siegrist stopped running it. Won't input credentials in at least half of all sites I have accounts on. I have to go to another tab copy the credential and go back to the browser or even more steps. Won't offer to save new credentials or site changes in the app. Premium user since it was launched. That's maybe 8-10 years now. Feeling burned lately.

    The newest update doesn't allow you to open the keyboard if you use the non default one. So have fun scrolling for all your passwords.

    I have used LastPass for over 2 years now. I have used the Android, iOS, Chrome and Windows apps without issue. I got an iPhone X a few months ago. I am using iOS 11.3.1. I ALWAYS have this same issue where the app and the iOS interface as a whole locks up when I attempt to generate a password. If I simply copy it, it freezes. If I just hit save, nothing happens but my phone freezes. I can not change apps at 1st, then I regain control after being out of the app for a little bit. I then close the app completely and go back in. Usually nothing has been saved. I have been writing the password down so I can go back in and save the new password without using the password generation feature. This is getting very old. I use this constantly and should not have to jump through these hoops since I pay for this service. It has always been perfect but I have been waiting for an update to correct this ridiculous issue. I see that another update was applied 1 week ago as of this writing. PLEASE fix this. It's simply awful.

    Been struggling with this junk for over one year now. Running on iOS 8.1 and now this product when attempting to launch a substantial number of my websites basically goes into a loop and refuses to do anything. I must hit home button on the iPad, go to Safari, exit that and log back on to lastpass. Some websites will launch ok, but many others take me into the twilight zone of nothingness. Could write a book on the struggles with this app and the extremely poor tech support in obtaining help. Have never been able to get the lastpass icon to display on toolbar for iOS Safari. Guess I have run out of room for further commentary Have basically given up on it becoming more human friendly and reliable. Just today tried to launch my main financial website. Hit launch, brought up site on screen but last past refused to fill in user name and password. Who knows why. Their homegrown web browser is below contemptible,,,cannot print from it or forward URL’s being tip if iceberg. Now about to be hit with 400 percent price increase. I feel guilty for those that I had recommended it to. Will never make that mistake again. Sorry Leo Laporte who recommends it highly on his podcasts. He must no rely on it much.

    We have used LP Premium for several years. As long as there are no technical issues, it is fine, not great but ok. However, if you have a technical issue BEWARE! They have no live support, you must enter a request and wait days for a response. I requested help via their system on 4/8. Today is 4/23 and despite numerous email, they still don’t get the picture and we are still LOCKED OUT of Last Pass on a device after 15 days. There is a serious issue with communication as they rarely seemed to grasp the problem and have no solutions, just more and more misstatements of the problem. Ridiculous! Can’t recommend this product because this level of customer support is in the toilet! Last Pass support finally responded with adequate instructions on 4/27 - it took 19 days to get a decent response!
