    I can’t count calories, or decipher the labels on everything I eat, this app allows you to scan barcodes and adjust your serving to keep a good track of your food as well as you exercise. Been using it for a week and I already lost 5 lbs. Highly recommended it

    I lost 33 pounds in 11 weeks. I was never hungry. As a retired math teacher, the numbers-based app was simple for me to understand. If the number of calories consumed during the day stayed lower than the number of calories in the daily budget....the pounds melted off. I increased my exercise and protein intake which helped even more. The ONLY successful weight loss program I’ve tried. Met my goal in 2 months, 24 days!

    I used this Application yesterday night and I just loved it, this morning I drunk a moringa tea and I wanted to save it for breakfast it gave an error and the Application turned black. I tried to open it several times but my page seems to stay black !?

    Have used this great little app for almost 3 months. I lost to my target weight with exercise and tracking my intake through this app. It helps you slowly lose weight. It remembers your dietary habits makes very it easy to input the foods you commonly eat. More people should use this app. I recommend it to my patients.
