App Reviews

  • Ok but needs more rider features

    By thisknicknameistaken
UA interfaces with nearly every fitness hardware out there (Moov is an exception) which is how they get people to use the app, great now what. I need more rider focus in the app. Give me a mixed work out schedule (run, lift, ride). Why do I have to use three apps to do all that? When I pick a random route, give me voice guidance. I picked a RANDOM route, I don’t have the turns already memorized. Ok I forgot to push the „LETS DO IT“ Button before I started riding, why did you assume DID NOT want to ride the I had up on my screen prior to pushing off? Come on UA. Focus on the user experience.
  • Frustrating

Doesn’t let me share rides with community and insure if stats are correct.. the calories burned seems way to high .. time to look for new app

    Great app !
  • Simply does not work

    By MGersib
Every time I try to launch a map in the app, it locks up and is totally unresponsive. A useless app... I ride 6,000+ miles a year and this junk is exactly what I don’t need.
  • More features

    By Emil_Bee
I wish you could set a prenup for your ride like a mesh of a map app and a tracking app.
  • Audio coaching feature

    By qiejr tyc
The audio coaching feature does not work if you minimize the app and have it running in the background. There is still the problem where the app stops logging your ride if you hit the wrong button
  • Use for bicycle riding

    By MacLorin
Makes it a lot more fun to take the grandkids for a ride in the bike trailer.
  • Perfect for intended use

    By MrsPD
Does the trick and works great every time
  • Pretty good most of the time

Overall I would recommend this app. However, there ARE a couple issues that are VERY annoying. - This app will sometimes pause for no good reason. If you aren’t paying attention you could have a mile or so missing from your ride. - Don’t expect the GPS to give you accurate distances and speeds. It is frequently off from my odometer by 0.1 - 0.2 miles. It is also frequently off from my speedometer by 0.5 to 1.0 mph. Consider this app to be a fair approximation to your actual performance. I doubt this is the app’s fault as GPS is only so accurate. - When relaying the time to you it handles the first 9 minuets of the hour oddly. For example, instead of reading 7:05 as “seven oh five” it says “seven five”. Not a big issue, but I have misheard it as “seven twenty five” or similar due to street noise and it made me look to verify. Taking eyes off the road isn’t always desirable.
  • No longer reliable, no customer support

    By N_Scheller92
I used this app for about three years, however, have now deleted it. With each update, it became less and less reliable, and the ‘support’ for the app is non-existent. I had the same route show over a 3 mile difference in tracking (the route itself is under 1.5 miles) however often records as over 4.5. Recent updates to the watch app made it possible to track workouts without taking a phone, but this app is less reliable than the app phone. It auto-pauses while I’m biking at 15+mph, leading to miles. It tracked. The last workout I tracked showed 2.30 miles on the phone but only 1.4 on the watch. These were stated at the same time as starting it on the phone pulls up the watch app to allow you to quickly view your stats (even though they’re totally different than on the phone) but the accuracy is not there, I assume because of the auto-pause issues on the watch.
