eBay is a very foot side to sell on and buy from. Very easy and useful.

I liked this app until you kept popping up asking me for a review. Here’s your one star. Knock it off!

Many of the vendors on ebay are scam artists. They purposely list items as mint or mear mint when the item is really damaged knowing that most of the time the whole return process is not worth the effort. One vendor tried to pull one over on me so i gave him a bad review. This upset him greatly and he started sending multiple angry emails, to the point of harassment. Ebay refused to do anything about it. Currently the vendor is still on ebay ripping people off and harassing them while i now no longer have an ebay account. Also gave up on my hobby as a result.

Don’t expect any tech support when the app upgrades go buggy and don’t work right, you can’t talk to anyone anymore, they’ll refer you to a forum where you can waste your time waiting. Talk about the longest way to accomplish anything. eBays simply gotten too big to care about their customers.
  • Keeps getting worse and worse - Download poshmark

EBay keeps going down hill with their app. They keep updating and changing seeing and the layout of creating your own listing. I constant find my listing being changed. My auctions are automatically being re listed when they were created to not be relisted. The layout of creating your listing is missing many key options that are available on the site. Most recently, my new listing duration was set to "good into canceled" with no option for me to change it within the app. When writing descriptions, for some reason, on my phone the description is stuck being double spaced send looks very unprofessional. With no way of changing the double spacing, not even when I get on the site on my desktop. So if you make a listing on the app and stay to write the description, your decryption will be such in double spacing. It seems everyday I'm finding different changes to their app that I just dislike so much it's aggravating. All in all, I just keep getting more and more disappointed in eBay and how they are running things. It's shows why everyone is ditching eBay and selling clothes on poshmark instead. It's so more simple.
  • Account Immediately suspended after creation

I am a new user to EBay and created a new account through the mobile app. Within an hour of creating the account I received an email that my account was permanently suspended. I called to question this, and after 20 minutes on hold was told it was because I didn’t fill out all of the personal information. When I signed up through the mobile app I was never given the option to fill out any additional information. I was then told I would need to provide a series of personal information over the phone to get the account unlocked. At this point, I was already frustrated and hesitant to give that kind of information over the phone. I unfortunately will not start using EBay after the experience. If the situation is indeed a result of a bug, and not a scam, the company needs to fix the bug ASAP, it is a horrible first experience with the service.

How do you choose the duration for buy it now items? Everything automatically goes on for 30 days. How do I you un-select for the item to be re-listed automatically if it doesn’t sell? This update is not as user friendly as the old platform. Please fix the issues!!!

Don't get me wrong, I like eBay, but every time they update their site, they make it WORSE. One problem now is that they recently eliminated numbering of items in searches, such that we don't know where we are in the list. This problem, together with another, that if you accidentally touch the top of the screen while scanning a search list, that causes it to jump all the way to the top of the list, so that not only do you lose your place in your search, but you have no easy way to find it again! Another major periodic issue is that whenever eBay updates its site, it changes the location (and sometimes appearance) of its functions, such that after we have taken some time to learn where everything is and how they work, suddenly all of that time and effort is wasted! WHY? Why change the locations of functions just for the hell of it? By "refreshing the look" of a page, they also make it harder to use! If there were any good alternative to eBay, which was not so aggressive in changing their site for no good reason, I'd switch to it in a stroke! A feature I would like to see is more boolian methods to use in searches, especially "or," i.e. I should be able to search for shirts in blue OR purple OR green... i.e. such that only one of a series of listed characteristics would be required to complete a search. That would be very useful. There are other issues, but since I try not to dwell on them, I'm sure I cannot recall them all at the moment, but those I have given are among the worst, and representative. The bottom line is that eBay could be much easier to use for the average user, and much less frustrating for the regular user, if it simply settled on a single, solid format (they should have enough experience to know what that would be) and STAYED WITH IT! Change is not good, if we have to learn the ropes all over again, and again and again. And touching the top of a page should not (instantly or otherwise) scroll to the top of a page, search pages in particular, and there should be easy ways to get back to the previous screen, and place on that screen, if we accidentally navigate away from it, and finally, search items should be numbered, in groups as previously, to help us return to a place in a long search once we have navigated away from it, accidentally or otherwise.
