    I was loving this app but my last two workouts didn’t save and it keeps saying there is an update but it won’t load. Deleted the app and reinstalled it but it did not fix the problem. When I try to click on workout history, the app shuts down. What happened???
  • App doesn’t work

    Plan is great, but app doesn’t work. I got up to week 6 and it closes out, doesn’t save work outs, and other issues. I updated my phone and the app numerous times. I deleted the app and reopened 3 times. I contacted app support, was told the bug was fixed, it wasn’t. Contacted them again still not fixed. Disappointed because it could be a great app.

  • Crashes and doesn’t keep track of workouts

    I love the workouts but the app constantly crashes, it doesn’t properly keep track of my workouts in the progress section and it sometimes doesn’t move on to the next workout once the previous workout has been completed.

    Newest version still takes you to Week 32 and constantly kicks you out of app. I deleted app, restarted phone, etc. Still having same problems as before.

    I have been loving this app so far but with the most recent update there seems to be some bugs. Whenever I open the app it takes me straight to week 20 and I have to take the time to scroll all the way back to the week I’m on. I also noticed it force closes a lot. I tried to go to my workout history multiple times and it closed every single time. Makes it difficult to use the app.
  • Waste of my money.

    I started this app because my friend did it and got great results. I decided to start and got through 4 days and really liked it! I got to my 5th day and went to open the app and it went to week 32 day one. I was confused obviously and so I tried everything. I logged out and back in. I deleted the app and reloaded it. Nothing worked. I contacted customer care and they haven’t yet to resolve it. I canceled my subscription because I can’t get to my workout without scrolling forever back to week one. I tried logging in on the computer to see if I could get some answers and it says my log in is invalid. But when I log in on the app with the exact same log in it works just fine. I wish I could have my 14.99 back seeing as I did not even get a full week out of the app before it went wonky. Oh well lesson learned. Don’t get this app until they do some serious restructuring. There’s way too many bugs for it to be worth 14.99 a month.
  • Not keeping track of completed workouts

    So I have been using Lift for a while & I usually love it. But recently wen I use the app it’s not saving after I complete a workout so every new day wen I go to use the app it’s telling me to do the same workout as I did the day before. Irritating because the app is suppose to b keeping track of my workouts but it’s not. The app will say I haven’t working out all week wen in reality I have been working out everyday & the app will just keep telling me to redo the same workout everyday. Also side note: I have tried closing the app & reopening it, I have restarted my entire phone & still nothing.

    Love the app but I’m on week 2 and it keeps taking me to week 32. I find it annoying because everyday I have to constantly scroll till I find the week I’m in. Please fix it soon.
  • Like the plan...

    The actual content is great, but the app is glitchy. The latest update keeps resetting me to Week 32, when I’m actually only in Week 5–meaning if I want to stay on track then I have to swipe back a million times to get where I last left off...which is annoying. I tried deleting and redownloading the app, but the same problem persisted and I just lost all of my data and completed workouts.
