    They got money hungry; cut the paycheck; no return task anymore; incorrect mileages and rude dispatcher/ I used to make $21 per hour and all of the sudden right now I make only $9 per hour; I’m hoping they’re going down soon since they’re rubbing their drivers in such a bad manner🤞🏻

    It does not accurately rack your delivery. And the router is the worst. It will change your task halfway to your pick up. I don’t like it it needs more tweaking.
  • Terrible APP and Support w/o Even Getting Started

    Companies are getting more and more incompetent as time goes on. I have had an unprofessional experience with Deliv so far and considering forfeiting the opportunity entirely. Deliv is not treating me kindly so I may NOT be sticking around for very long. It would be nice if the staff were competent and knew how to treat people [in general]. Once they figure that out they may actually last more than a year. We shall see! Please forward my feedback to management and thanks for doing so on my behalf. After reading about how cheap the pay is I don’t even think Deliv is worth my efforts. :/

    Track your own mileage, the mileage tracking on the app is way off the mileage I track on my other app for tax purposes, therefore they’re paying you less for mileage than they’re supposed to. The task payments and mileage keep getting lower and lower. You work 7-8 hours shift, you only get pay for 3-4hrs, if you do 30 hours a week you only get paid for 15-17 hours, therefore in 30hrs you only getting $11-12/hr. Paypal payments? Why not direct deposit by now. You want drivers to pay PayPal 1% of their already low wages to have the money available to them the same Monday day or wait 1-3 days to transfer the money to the bank for no fee. We need to boycott the PayPal payment method. Even after you mark a package delivered, dispatch still texting asking if it was delivered, dispatch don’t know if you’re at the depot unless you text them that you are, therefore how are they tracking the correct time and mileage to pay us if they don’t even know the right time we get there or time packages were delivered? Once 1 customer claimed they left me a $10 tip on the app, if I received it, I nicely said yes, made 4 deliveries that day and other customers stated they left me a tip, but on my settlement week there was only a $6 tip for that day, they’re not being honest about the tips we get. You have no way of knowing if you’re online as the confirm button disappear sometimes when you’re there and there’s no login in/out button anymore, I was there since 8am and not until I text dispatch after 2hrs of waiting for orders they said I didnt appear online. It was fun at first and when they first started, money was good, now they getting money hungry and start to cut hours and $$ off drivers, to them drivers are the bottom feeders. They do seem to have a “buddy system” as some drivers always gets all their hours and more deliveries than others. Don’t tear your car driving 50 mile a day and getting pay for 10 miles only and break your back lifting big heavy bags for a few coins. With every update its only get worse. Foodkick is going downhill for drivers, alot of drivers already quit and since they’re changing for the worst.

    It’s pretty user friendly. Still a ton of steps to pick up an order, which okay. I can live with. But it’s been 3 weeks and every week I try to get hours I can’t because of the traffic on the app at 9 pm. I’ve had good WiFi and tried cell service. It’s increasingly frustrating. Please fix? Thanks.

    Nice update but I believe it still needs a few tweaks. I think there is one too many steps in the app. I parked in chicken seems to be the same to me. Not sure if there is a multiple packages scan. It would be nice if you would bring it back. For a wow I was getting text from dispatches asking if I delivered a package. By then I was already on my next drop off.

    The update is nice and functionality is good, but there is a bug that if I click my ‘Profile’ (my picture in the top left) the app crashes and turns off. I can’t get anyone from Deliv to respond on how to fix it. I can’t check any of my settings or even submit feedback because it will crash. The other parts of the app work fine though when delivering.
