    These workouts and meals are incredible. I did have to turn off the notifications because it kept saying I didn’t do my workout that day, when I did. And a couple of the workouts were off: name didn’t match the workout, but if you’re smarter than a 5th grader, you can figure it out easily. Other than those two things, which can easily be fixed, I LOVE THIS! I love it even more than FBG meals. Not sure what’s different but she’s on point here.

    I was surprised how copied the idea was from Kayla Itsines Sweat App. It has the same design, same way of showing exercises, meal plan. And then I realized that the designer is the same person who made 12 week FBG after Kayla Itsines made her amazingly successful 12 week BBG. However Kayla’s app has options to do BBG stronger, has an option to follow Kelsey Wells workout or yoga by Sjana Elise. And price almost the same but more options and no constant bugs. Other option is Nike app that is absolutely free and made by famous athletes and not by someone who copies other people’s successful work and design. Fitplan also cheaper and has option to work on specific body goals and follow plans of different fitness stars, not just one person, one guide... I have shoulder dislocation and it makes a huge difference when you can choose to work only on lower body, have an option of the gym/home workouts. I would say, as for a copy the app is fine, but Nike, Fitplan and Sweat are more authentic and more individualized and most important cheaper.

    I love Anna’s workouts and have been following the 12-week plans for a year now. I was excited for the app... but now I am really disappointed I paid for a full year. The 7 days flew by with some bugs but I figured it would work out after a bit since I downloaded immediately after it was announced. It has only gotten worse - videos fail to load which pauses the workout and does not let it load. Several time the app freezes and I am forced to close it. Other times it randomly skips workouts. The January challenge is hard to do in five minutes (I have a separate timer on my watch) because every time a new workout comes up it has to buffer as it loads the workout, adding 10-20 seconds per exercise. Save your money and don’t buy the app. By the guides, they are much better.

    I have been following Anna Victoria for quite sometime on IG and think she is AMAZING! that’s what the five stars are for since I have yet to use this app. Today, I decided to download Body Love and give her three-month plan a try. Upon navigating through the app, I noticed that the same menu displays for several consecutive days within the week. Is this intentional? For every meal, it does give you the option to choose a different one, but I’m not motivated to since it cautions that if you do, your macros for the day will not be on point. I am starting tomorrow, so I’d love some guidance around this. I honestly don’t think I could eat the same breakfast, lunch, and dinner for three to four days straight.
  • Glitching out!

    I want to love this app, but it keeps glitching out and exiting my workouts without saving. I have tried updating the app as well as my phone. It almost always happens during the third circuit, and sometimes I can recover my workout but often it is gone and doesn’t save the time progress I have made. Other than that, it is great! Will the app be updated again to fix these issues? I paid for a membership in advance thinking it would be quickly resolved but unfortunately has not yet.

    I love everything about this app- the workouts, customized macros, and challenges. However, there’s a huge glitch where I can’t finish a workout because it freezes and crashes. Hoping for a fix soon!
  • Great workouts! Some bugs

    Love love love the workouts! I cannot say enough good things about that part, but the app has frozen and shut off (not saving my progress) within the first few days. Also, it gave me a workout reminder when I’d already completed the days workout, and now there’s constantly 3 notifications but I can’t find them when I open the app. I realize the app is new, but I would love to continue using it once the issues are fixed!

    LOVE THIS APP! I have been following Anna for a while on Instagram and Snapchat and had to join when she came out with this app. It’s beautifully designed and I love everything about it. I gave it four stars because I have done 3 workouts so far. During 2 of the 3 workouts, the app force closed during my last circuit. I know Anna and her team are workin hard to fix these little glitches and I’ll continue to enjoy all that the app has to offer! Thank you!

    I love everything about this app!! The meal plan foods are SO good and the grocery list makes it easy to know what I need for the week. I love how seamless moving around the different sections. I loved the workouts! Videos of the moves were easy to understand. It’s great to see my weekly completed workouts. I’m always rushing and know I forget to give myself the proper rest time. Having completed several of her guides, this app is exactly what I needed to keep going!

    This app is like having a personal trainer! Meal plans throughout the day for the week with a grocery list of everything you need and workouts! I did my first workout and it froze up in the last circuit and then kicked me out which is disappointing, but it’s a brand new app, so I figure they still have to work out the kinks! It would be super amazing to have an indoor 30 minute cardio option! (It snows here and I don’t want to walk to the gym when it’s this cold!!)
