    The app says I have 7 bills not paid on time. No I don't, but I can’t figure out why the app records that I do. I’ve looked at every entry, but still no clue. No way to contact the developer for help and the FAQ is useless. If this were my app, I’d make it EASIER for customers to communicate and share ideas with me. Four stars for the app and minus 3 stars for the developers lack of contact info equals a 1 star app. Beware of this app!

    The new version 4.3 no longer works with iOS 11.x. Release needs tweaking. Great app. This is my 2nd most used app. Thanks for keeping this app updated!
  • Deleting bills after they past

    My mortgage bill is scheduled every month for the first. And if I don’t pay, it doesn’t just move to past due, it deletes the bill altogether. This happens with quite a few. I’m frustrated with this app. I loved the older version. But with the upgrade. It’s been giving me headaches. Looking for new app.
  • App changes due date when you change time zone

    I have used the previous versions of this app and the current version and while there are some things I don’t like, (I will update later) I would like to find a contact number as the app changes the due date every time I change time zones. There is obviously a problem with the app and would like to know how to fix it.

    Loving every bit of this app from the customizations to the intelligent design of the data models to hold the Bill information. One thing though that I have been wondering (since most recent update is 3+ months ago) is are you still updating/improving the app? If yes, I have some suggestions to improvement the experience (if interested). Also see one bug with the “Bill Details” screen in that the “Paid on [day], [month] [date]” label states that its paid on the date it was due, not the actual date of the payment. Example: Bill Due: Monday,May 10 Bill Paid: Thursday, May 06 Label Reads: Paid on Monday, May 10 (which is incorrect - should be Thursday, May 06) Thanks for hearing me out and for creating this wonderful app. Look forward to hearing from you and keep up the good work!     This app was great until I got a new phone. Now I can’t log in at all. I keep getting an error and told to try again later. It has now been a week. I paid for the app and can’t even use it.
  • Bring back the old version

    I don’t like this new version at all. The old version with debt minder allowed you toggle your debt to see which one to pay off first. It also allowed you to enter and update credit card balances. I have sent numerous emails to the developer of this app to ask questions and no one has responded to a single email. Poor customer service and if I could give a rating lower than one star I definitely would. Don’t waste your time downloading this app!!!!!
