    I did my first workout yesterday. I loved it and feel good. Only suggestion is the primers and finishers is to recommend me one to do. I am a tennis player and grip strength, explosive lifting, all the choices of them are important to be fit and strong to play tennis. But, I don't know which one to do. What do I need that day? Just small addition to the app is what to do after the workout that day. To rotate among core strength, grip strength, etc.

    This is a powerful yet intuitive product for sport specific training. I used their team app previously, this app takes all of the best elements of that in a package that is easy to pick up and use without a lot of app training. Fantastic interface, workouts that use best in class science, and excellent app support. Highly recommended.

    I really like the workouts and custom plan. If you look at their website, they have experts for sport performance. The training is similar to what I did as a college athlete.

    I keep getting "network failure" when I try to go to info for a lift, then it freezes. It happens on wifi and 4G. Fix it

    Volt itself is an incredible resource - 5 stars. I know how to program my own workouts, but I cannot periodize my year with the same structure that Volt provides. The app is always improving.

    UPDATE: I've used Volt for about 6 months now. I went from 3.5 to 4.0 in women's tennis, and I can use heavier dumbbells (started with 7.5, now use 20lbs)! Volt impressed me by emailing me personally asking about what I specifically liked about Volt for Teams (VFT) compared to this app, and made some adjustments based on my reply. Now I use this one. Volt Athletics really is serious about their customer's experience and athletic training, and that's why you should consider Volt. I love Volt and highly suggest that any athlete (or team, with VFT) that wants to improve their performance in their sport and prevent injury to try this app. Out of all the apps I've tried, this is the only one I could find with sport-specific workouts personalized to sport, my season calendar, gender, and fitness ability. Think of this app as an investment in yourself and your sport. It's similar to having a personal trainer, except more affordable. Before Volt, I use to do random things at the gym and "working out". But now with Volt, I'm truly doing the right strength and conditioning for me. In Volt I Trust!!! -Original Review: Great, but I prefer Volt for Teams (4 stars) I love Volt and how I can train for a sport when I don't have access to any trainers or truly know what to do at a gym. I'm serious about my sport so it's worth the money to me. However, I prefer the "Volt for Teams" app. If you have an account with this, then you have access to Volt for Teams. Same exact thing, but different app, aesthetics, and functionality. In general, the team version makes more sense, more info, and is easier to use.
